Welcome to our Beach House! Nestled just two blocks from the beach, fishing pier, and boardwalk, this charming retreat boasts a fully renovated kitchen with granite countertops and vinyl flooring. Enjoy easy walks to brunch spots, restaurants, stores, Dunkin' Donuts, and Wawa. Features include: - TV with Roku - High-speed Wi-Fi - Private and fully equipped kitchen - Personal bathroom Ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a beach getaway, this house promises a perfect coastal escape! MORE ABOUT MY HOME :  We are very particular about the cleanliness of the places we choose for our vacations and as such we are serious about your comfort as well. Upon entering, you'll find a sunroom featuring a sofa bed accommodating two additional guests, if needed. For added security, a surveillance camera monitors the front entrance. Inside the house, a cozy living room with two sofas and a TV welcomes you, followed by a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation includes three bedrooms and one bathroom in total. Hardwood floors in combination with recently painted rooms. All soft surfaces are steam cleaned between each guest. Each mattress is enclosed in allergy/pest proof mattress protectors.   -SLEEPING SPACE The sleeping situation is flexible. There are 3 Queen Beds which sleeps 2 guests on each bed comfortably and the sofa bed as well as 1 Twin Bed can accommodate another 1 or 2 people per bed if needed. - KITCHEN A well furnished Kitchen with family size Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Oven and a complete range of cooking as well as dining Essentials is available. A Keurig with K-Cups are also available for your morning cravings. - BATHROOM Private bathroom has a Bath tub, Hot water, and a couple of fresh towels for your exclusive use. - PARKING Driveway in front of the House is available for your big SUVs. There is ample amount of Free On-street parking space available as well. -THE LOCATION Ventnor is a small, historic town on the move. Old Victorian and traditional homes, with new, transitional townhouses line our streets. New businesses and restaurants are popping up all the time. Ventnor is located on Absecon Island, just south of Atlantic City, at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway, and reachable by train, plane, or bus from NYC and Philly. Ventnor is at the narrowest part of the island. On our end of town, it's only 4 blocks wide, giving you a short walk to the Beach AND Bay. Ventnor is known for its beautiful boardwalk that connects to the famous Boardwalk in Atlantic City and the longest ocean fishing pier in NJ. Our home is located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, cafes, a movie theatre, and obviously the beach. We are two blocks from Ventnor's South Pier, the main hub of the town, where you will find a lot of different entertainment options. We are also two blocks from the bay, which offers beautiful views of the water and wetland grasses. We think we are located on the BEST street in town. GETTING AROUND : One of the best features of our home is its close proximity to most of the main attractions in Ventnor. You’re able to walk to the beach. There are tons of great bars as well as Italian, Mexican, gourmet, and organic eateries nearby. Atlantic City, Longport & Margate, are only 10 to 12 Minutes of Driving Distance PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL OF THE ASPECTS BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY 1. Kindly refrain from booking this unit if you intend to host any form of event, party, or large gathering. We would like to emphasize that such activities are strictly prohibited. Please be aware that our building and stairways are equipped with exterior cameras and noise detectors. 2. Should you require an early check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Please note that an additional fee of $70.00 will be charged to prioritize the unit for early check-in by 1 PM. Similarly, a late checkout fee of $70.00 applies for extensions until 1 PM. 3. It is of utmost importance to maintain a safe and lawful environment within our premises. In the event that any guest is found using illicit drugs within the unit, we are obligated to report all accompanying guests to the local authorities. Our associates, who reside near the property, are vigilant in identifying and reporting any violations. Furthermore, a fine of $500 will be imposed on the responsible guest, and a report will be submitted to Airbnb, which may result in a future ban from the platform. 4. Please be aware that we have a 24/7 security camera recording system at the entrance of the premises. This system includes a two-way communication feature to verify the number of guests entering the property. Additionally, a passive infrared motion-noise detector is installed in the hallway, respecting your privacy rights. It is essential to note that this device does not record actual sounds, conversations, or individuals. Instead, it solely measures noise levels (in decibels) and detects movement in the common areas. This measure is implemented solely to prevent unauthorized parties. Rest assured that no cameras are present inside the unit, and your privacy remains a top priority for us. 5. To ensure the cleanliness of our unit, we have partnered with a professional cleaning service company. Please be aware that we do not offer room service or restock supplies during your stay. However, if you require any housekeeping services during your time with us, they are available for an additional fee. 6. IMPORTANT: Please make sure to research the neighborhood before booking any of the properties. Read the neighborhood section of this property where I explain in a transparent way a bit of the unit, the surroundings, and ambient.
