Les chambres sont exactement comme les photos de l'internet ; très propre et récemment mises à jour. Ne laissez pas l'extérieur de l'immeuble vous fou, le prix est inviolable et la chambre était parfaite. Suggestions: les chambres ont besoin de pots de café, ombres sombres pour les fenêtres avant. La propriété est à 5 minutes de route à la plage et à 8 km du centre historique de Ventura.

Le personnel est très ami et il est très aimable de passer au-dessus et au-delà de la demande de service pour vous assurer un séjour confortable. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, mais l'hôtel montre un peu de traîne et de larmes à partir de l'âge. Notre serveur au petit déjeuner était excellent. L'hôtel pourrait utiliser quelques mises à jour, surtout par rapport à Holiday Inn Express. Il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

Not a great start at this hotel. I had reserved a two queen suite with a jetted tub and a ”patio” I was told that ”patios” were on the first three floors. Upon arrival we were given a standard two queen room with a harbor view. When I called the front desk to inquire about the difference, I was told by the unfriendly and unhelpful front desk clerk Rebecca that the room we were in was what the computer said we had reserved. I was also told there was no manager working. I called reservations and they told me the reservation had been changed but could not see by whom. The beds were very comfortable and the fridge and microwave were nice and good quality. The harbor view was ok, but it is just a boat parking lot. Yes it is nicer than looking at the parking lot I suppose. The next morning I talked to a manager who said that contrary to what I'd been told by Rebecca, that the room I had reserved was available and that we could move, but that the room we were in was nicer. She waited our parking fee for the issues we delt with. So on the pluse side, comfortable bed an OK view and nice appliances. On the minus side an old building a reservation screw up and an unfriendly and unhelpful staff member Rebecca. I will have to give serious thought as to if I will stay here again. I am looking for a good hotel in Ventura as my grandchildren are there

La première fois que je réservais un séjour avec Trip et bien que le processus global de réservation ait été facile, le séjour à l'hôtel a été un peu terne. Avant l'arrivée, nous n'avons reçu aucune information d'enregistrement ; J'ai eu un peu de mal à contacter l'hôtel pour obtenir cette information. Pour ma part, je pense que je me suis trompé en ne fournissant pas mes coordonnées (apparemment). J'ai contacté la réception et la femme à qui j'ai parlé était super courtoise et s'était excusée à l'avance pour les retards. On nous a dit que notre chambre serait prête à 17h au lieu de l'heure opposée à 4. Nous avons fini par arriver à 17h de toute façon, donc le temps n'était pas un problème. Quand nous sommes arrivés, tout était assez propre à l'exception de quelques serviettes qui avaient des taches brunes. Nous manquions de papier toilette, de serviettes en papier et d'autres petits essentiels. Nous avons pu obtenir ces choses le lendemain matin, ce qui était super. Mon autre plainte était que certaines choses ont été laissées pour compte; c'est à dire; quelqu'un a laissé une paire de leurs Crocs et du savon en barre dans la douche. Même si ces choses étaient des problèmes mineurs pour moi, ce n'est certainement pas suffisant pour me faire perdre le sommeil. Lieu : 10/10. 5 minutes (ou moins) à pied de la plage. Je réserverais certainement encore cet endroit tant que ces problèmes ne seront pas un problème à l'avenir.

Nous avons séjourné ici pour quelques nuits pour le week-end de la Journée mémorative. Le restaurant Ox et Ocean était à quelques pas, ce qui a fait très bien d'ordonner le départ et de manger à notre patio. Le parking sous-terrain était également très confortable, car il était juste un court vol de l'escalier ou de l'ascenseur à notre chambre. Bien que nous ayons eu quelques problèmes mineurs avec les contrôles de température en essayant de garder la chambre froide à la nuit, cela a été facilement réparé en gardant les fenêtres ouvertes et en laissant la brise froide entrer. We decided to go to Ojai for my wife's birthday on March 22, 2023. She thought it would be fun to stay in a place that was built the year she was born and so did I. The online photos and aesthetic are admittedly cool, but that where it ends. I get really peeved with a too cool for school” attitude in restaurants and other establishments in the hospitality space. That's this place. But aside from that vibe, there are HUGE issues with this “hotel” (motel really), chief of which are the PAPER THIN WALLS. Next is the bathroom. Remember. This renovation was done in 2020. So with Covid, wear and tear should be minimal by early 2023 when we visited. The bathroom door is made of particle board which was completely swollen and ruined by water damage from the shower that features a fitted glass wall that only covers half the stall. As a result water sprays all over the wall and floor and even if you try to use the bath mat, it's completely soaked after a shower. Poor, impractical design. The Daiken brand AC was also odd. I've used many mini-split systems, but this one did not feature a remote that operated as a thermostat. Sure, it had a temperature setting, but no readout out of what temperature the room was CURRENTLY at, so there is no way to know where to set the temp relative to that. The in-room coffee and tea consists of a kettle and instant coffee. No Nespresso or other coffee service found in other boutique hotels of this price range. I assumed they were encouraging us to come to the lobby to enjoy their coffee ”service” which features paper cups (okay fine) but no lids. Crazy. And Like seriously - do you think people aren't going to want to take their coffee away or back to the room? Where’s the kids?! Oh, and as a cherry on the top, add bad WiFi that only worked part of the time. Good thing our t-mobile data devices worked there. A cheap, ill-conceived cosmetic renovation does not a boutique motel make. Others have mentioned all of these things in prior reviews, so l'm not saying anything new here. Listen to them, and us. I don't know if there are better options in Ojai, but I know you should avoid the Capri.

Mais planifiez de trouver un bon endroit pour vous asseoir après avoir retourné d'une promenade ou de la visite ailleurs.

Résidé pour une nuit en février. Surpris au prix. Hôtel propre, très ami et hébergement personnel de bureau frontal. Resterait encore en raison du service. La situation est un peu bruyante mais assez beaucoup chaque hôtel dans la région est confronté à la même question. Seul un suggérant serait de faire des pièges à flûte.

Il n'y a pas beaucoup de places de parking à l'intérieur, le bord de la route peut être arrêté à la porte. L'hôtel est dans la vieille ville, une petite rue, très proche de la voie rapide, mais pas bruyante, à environ 1 km d'Ole, le café d'à côté est bon, la route Il y a un barbecue en libre service du côté opposé, ce qui est aussi très bon. Il est bon de faire une pause ou une halte shopping.
