The tables and tub were dirty. Although the price is great but the hotel need to provide a clean room for the guests

We arrived a bit early to check in, but were denied by the front desk staff. We asked if we could use the restroom, it was also denied. The staff said the restroom was closed. We asked if we could get a ground floor room because we have bikes, she said they don't have the ground floor available. We got the room on the 2nd floor, but there is no elevator on site. We stayed there for two nights, some people were running, yelling, screaming at night in the hallway, very noisy. No housekeeping removes trash, no fan in the bathroom. However, the room was clean when we were checking in and spacious.

Not tooo bad for the price. Have a problem with electricity and AC depending on a room sometimes.

I usually book a king room when I stay here which are roomy and have decent balconies. Now they have thrown a king size bed in a small room and call them king rooms. Not as advertised. Mentioned to front desk they had nothing to say. Very disappointed.

This hotel looks good on the outside but the inside shows signs of aging and in needs of some kinds of upgrade/renovation. The location is good, a few shopping centres are nearby. There were no greeting during check in and the front desk services are just normal. I booked a two queen beds room for my reservation. The bed is kinda soft for me. Everything is just okay but the carpet is kind of dirty and needed a carpet washing/cleaning. BTW, the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

room was smelly when i got in,the door card pad always didn't work,noticed debris near the toilet area,probably a contractor was drilling holes behind it and left it there.

The lobby was dirty, and there were dead plants all over the place. The trash cans by the entrance were overflowing and looked like they hadn't been emptied in a while, and the entrance floor was dirty too. The pool area also needed some attention—the floors were dirty, and there weren't any clean towels available. Overall, the property could definitely use more attention from management when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep.

Needs renovations. Carpets are stained, beds are horrible, no coffee in the room or lobby, mold in the shower, the room is old and feels dirty.

Divya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays.

This place is very loud and I would not recommend to anyone especially if you are going to get shoved in a pet room 🤮 Cancelled our second night to find a clean hotel!
