"There appeared to be one ice machine for the entire hotel and it was empty several times. There was a huge hole in the ceiling outside of our room where the roof was leaking and a bucket filled with water beneath. It had apparently been like that for a while because the hotel only engages one roofing company and they were busy with another big project. The room cleaning staff were superb as was the cafe waiter/cook. You could only get food from 7-noon or one. Would never stay there again-ever."

Environment: The surrounding environment is nice; there's a Safe Way supermarket across the street, and many restaurants nearby; very convenient. The hotel itself has a restaurant. Facilities: Somewhat old, but it doesn't affect usability. Parking is free. Cleanliness: The sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, toiletries, and towels were all clean and tidy. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money in the Vernon area. The duplex suite we booked had a very comfortable mattress and a large bed, making it a good choice."
