A beautiful three-storey guest house with balconies, a veranda with the Caucasian mountains view of Krasnaya Polyana and a large cozy courtyard, a garden covered with greenery (tangerines, lemons, grapefruits, persimmons, feijoa and flower plantations), also on the territory there are four detached cottages, class floor - luxury and comfort. Junior suite cottage is made of blocks, it has three separate rooms, another cottage for three separate comfort class rooms, made of wooden beams in ecostyle. The house is located in a quiet area of the Nizhne-Imeretinskaya Bay, a 15-minute walk from the Olympic Park and 25 minutes from the sea on Aprilskaya Street. The guest house has a kitchen for self-cooking, a microwave, a kettle are provided. In the courtyard there is a recreation area, a separate barbecue area for barbecue, a tennis table for playing ping-pong, billiards, badminton, backgammon, checkers, chess. Two washing machines are provided for washing.
Infrastructure: a grocery store is located 50 meters from the hotel, a hairdresser's is a 10-minute walk, the Olympic Park stop is a 10-minute walk from the railway station. Near the house there is a bus stop for trips around the city, 20 minutes at a calm pace to the sea.
