"La dame de la réception était froide comme de la glace. Au moment du départ, j'ai demandé poliment si je pouvais obtenir un reçu. Elle a dit : reçu pour quoi ? Très impoli. Et pas utile du tout. Les appareils sont bons mais pas bien entretenus. C'est un nouvel hôtel, surtout en Italie, il est très difficile de trouver de nouveaux hôtels. Mais si vous jugez le robinet, le lavabo... vous prendrez le risque qu'il s'agisse d'un hôtel qui existe depuis des décennies... Et j'ai réservé la chambre au niveau supérieur de la suite, mais je n'ai eu qu'une chambre au 2ème étage ( 4 niveaux au total). Le chaos est ce que j'ai vu dans cet hôtel."

"Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. Deux étoiles seraient bien plus appropriées. Voici pourquoi : Accessibilité très limitée : L'accès est extrêmement difficile, voire impossible, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Des escaliers sont présents partout, y compris à l'entrée principale de l'hôtel. Deux routes sont situées en contrebas de l'hôtel. La tranquillité nocturne n'est donc pas du tout garantie. Chambres exigües : Bien que les chambres soient propres, elles sont de taille réduite, avec une salle de bain minuscule. Restauration décevante : Le restaurant ne correspond pas aux standards d’un établissement 4 étoiles. Voyageant en groupe, nous avons eu droit à des dîners imposés pendant toute une semaine. Le menu était répétitif : des pâtes, encore des pâtes… mais jamais de fromage râpé pour les accompagner ! Le petit déjeuner était tout aussi pauvre : aucun fruit frais, à l’exception de quelques pommes peu appétissantes. Les légumes, quant à eux, étaient quasiment absents, ou proposés en quantités dérisoires. Bien qu’un menu soit distribué chaque soir, ce qui était servi manquait cruellement de variété et de qualité. En résumé : cet hôtel ne tient pas ses promesses."

Spotless room and bathroom, secure parking on the side, discount at the restaurant (L'Università della Pizza) and breakfast included in a pastry shop in the small square. Paola and her husband are simply lovely and did everything to make us feel at home. We only stayed one night and unfortunately we couldn't use the jacuzzi on the terrace due to bad weather. But we will definitely be back!"

"A major faux pas! Don't stay here! Don't believe any positive reviews or posts on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). This hotel is utterly useless except for its cheap price. First, the location is terrible. The hotel is in the small town of Vico, which has few tourists. It looks close to Sorrento and Positano as a straight line, but it takes 30 minutes and 60 minutes by car respectively. Then, it's supposedly a 6-minute drive to the beach, but it's a 53-minute walk. There's no parking if you drive there, and no taxis in town. More importantly, the hotel is in the north of the Italian peninsula, but the best sea views are in the south. Even if you're looking for a cheap hotel, choose a small town in the south (between Sorrento and Salerno). Second, the rooms are awful. I booked a sea-view balcony room, and upon entering, there was a strong smell of disinfectant (I checked in at 5 pm, so there's no way it had just been cleaned). The balcony was also very small and severely obstructed, offering only a tiny view of the sea. The advertising is completely misleading. The most outrageous thing is the so-called roof. The bar was right above me, and the DJ was spinning records overhead; the noise level was measured at 50-70 dB. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went to the hotel to complain and request a cancellation (why not a room change? Because the room I was given also had strong disinfectant smells and a DJ dancing overhead). The hotel manager agreed to give me a refund and said he would communicate with the agent about it. However, four days later, the agent told Ctrip that the hotel refused to refund me. I don't know if the hotel or the agent was at fault. However, Ctrip customer service was very attentive in following up and ultimately resolved the issue well. Thank you again! I immediately booked a hotel in Positano after cancelling, and it was a much more pleasant experience."

"The owner is a really nice person, despite this I do not agree at all with serving breakfast in such a small apartment. At 8 on Sunday, after a stressful week of work, the noises of the preparation began in the kitchen, a room next to ours, behind our bed in practice. But I repeat the apartment is small and they also woke up in the other two rooms. Then the partner of the owner, in charge of breakfast, started to make the living room and goodbye! Not to mention that without much enthusiasm we found ourselves at the table with strangers in the early morning. The kitchen is also tiny and not suitable for hosting six people sitting around a table. I strongly suggest giving up serving breakfast and only staying overnight. Not recommended!"

Service agréable et sympathique. Bons petits déjeuners ( qu'il est obligatoire de commander la veille) Très bon restaurant (1 étoile Michelin).Pas donné mais en vaut la peine. Attention il n' ya rien dans le village à part un petit restaurant/café assez moyen. Voiture indispensable bien sur."

"It was a series of delightful surprises! They emailed me beforehand to say the hotel's shuttle would pick me up directly from the station. The road wasn't far, but it was narrow and steep, which was a bit discouraging. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was amazed by its beauty. The bay below the cliff was breathtaking, the room design was stunning, and the owners were incredibly nice. The breakfast room was beautifully and exquisitely decorated."

"Tout simplement PARFAIT. À deux pas du centre, ce B&B, qui dispose également d'un garage pratique pour les personnes arrivant en voiture, est niché au cœur d'un jardin d'agrumes entourant la piscine, offrant une atmosphère de détente absolue. La chambre est très propre et confortable et dispose d'une salle de bain avec une immense douche. Passons au petit-déjeuner : la chambre est située au premier étage, offrant une magnifique vue panoramique sur le golfe. À table, nous trouvons déjà de nombreux mets parfumés et appétissants, mais nous ne nous attendions pas à ce que ce soit rien comparé à ce qui nous était proposé. Des produits de qualité, allant du sucré au salé, en passant par les fruits, la confiture maison, le sandwich chaud au provolone et la focaccia, etc. En bref, un véritable petit-déjeuner 5 étoiles. Je dois maintenant expliquer pourquoi je l'ai qualifié de SUPERLATIF : Caterina et Micky. Deux hôtes vraiment exceptionnels. Bienveillants, professionnels, souriants, sympathiques et disponibles. One piece of advice: improve the breakfast. But it's fair to nitpick. Congratulations."
