Avis : Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West

10/10, par où commencer ? Bon, l'entrée arrière est en face d'un arrêt de train, ligne U2, et U6. Petit-déjeuner plus que suffisant, et le bar ouvert 24h/24 propose des bières et des Radlers à des prix très intéressants. Chambre impeccable. Salle de bain moderne et parfaite. Mon hôtel de prédilection à Vienne, pour l'avenir.

Propreté 9,5 Emplacement 9,0 Qualité du service 8,7 Qualité et confort des chambres 9,0 Équipements 8,5 Rapport qualité-prix 9,0 Wi-Fi gratuit 9,0 J'ai repéré l'hôtel à la sortie de la station de métro Längenfeldgasse. Il faut environ 4 minutes à pied pour s'y rendre. Le métro ne prend que 20 minutes pour rejoindre le centre-ville. Les transports en commun sont très pratiques. Il y a des restaurants et des supermarchés à proximité. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner continental est léger, mais copieux et délicieux. La chambre est neuve à 97 % et dispose d'un grand lit double. Bien que petite, elle peut accueillir deux valises de 60 cm. On y trouve des petites tables, des sièges longs, des téléviseurs de 140 cm, des bouilloires électriques, des cintres et des petits coffres-forts, mais l'absence de petit réfrigérateur est peu pratique. Les prises de courant sont suffisantes, les draps et les couettes sont blancs, propres et confortables, la climatisation centrale est froide et silencieuse, et le Wi-Fi est rapide. Les toilettes et la salle de bain sont séparées en deux parties : une partie sèche et une partie humide, et il y a une baignoire sur pieds. L'eau du robinet est claire et peut être bouillie. Les toilettes sont propres et se vident rapidement. L'eau chaude de la douche est correcte. Cet hôtel est économique et je le referai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Vienne.

Clean, comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a rich choice of food. Breakfast was fresh and the rooms were comfortable.  The hotel seemed to be quite new.

The room was very pleasant and cozy even though the size was small. The TV provider was complete so it was entertaining, and the size of the TV was huge. Overall very nice experience staying in the room. However, during breakfast time it was very crowded and overpacked while there was no staff to guide us to help find available tables. We were only 2 people and it took us almost 15 minutes to find an available spot, while competing with other incoming guests for a table to sit. We find it very unusual that there is no staff to welcome us for breakfast and help securing a table to sit, especially for a hotel under the Hilton group. The food choices were average. Happy to find waffles.

I had a problem with Budget rent a car , and it was resolved only by help of reception staff!

The hotel is situated within 5min walk from the nearest Metro station which is fantastic. Rooms are very small although the room type is the "King Room". No working desk/table, no closet - just a single commode with 1 drawer and two 50x50cm doors to accommodate your stuff. A suitcase stand is approx 20-25cms wide, so if you have a larger suitcase it's expected to keep it upright or somewhere on a floor in a room corner. A buffet breakfast is poorly organized - a selection of food is moderate, very tiny place with narrow lanes between food tables. It's expected to eat in a hotel lobby, which extends via whole hotel's footprint, where some dining tables are set by the hotel entrances, elevators, staircases etc. Or you can sit and eat at coffee tables as usually around busy hours (8:00-9:30) there is no free table to sit at. Additionally, if you're coming by car, a hotel's garage is 28EUR/night which is quite expensive.

Location is great not very in the center but the metro station is a walking distance which is very important

I choose Hilton brand for service but highly disappointed. I think you should learn from your Indian Hilton chain how well they treat their customers. Service is crime in Europe. No room service no matter how much u pay for your booking. Right from carrying your luggage. In India we focus on service n customer satisfaction right from category 1 Hotel. Indian hotel industry should stop providing and service to people visiting from Europe.

Highly recommend to everyone who needs to take underground.

We chose it for its price / performance and proximity to the metro.

The location is good, just a few stops from the shopping street with the underground train which is located near the hotel. Breakfast is great and starts at 6 AM which is good for our early flight. The hotel is value for money. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.
