La chambre est propre, mais le service de réception est un peu bâclé. L'emplacement est à environ 15 minutes en tramway du centre-ville.

1. J'ai demandé un remboursement deux jours à l'avance, mais ma demande n'a pas été approuvée. Cependant, j'ai pu obtenir un remboursement sur ***********, ce qui signifie que l'application ne fonctionne pas. 2. J'ai découvert que les gens peuvent aller et venir à volonté, ce qui est très dangereux 3. Il n'y a pas de serrure dans la pièce, il est donc facile de perdre des objets

Only complaint I would have is that the bedding was not in the most ideal of conditions as they smelled like they have been slightly inadequetly cleaned. Other than that great overall, cant complain much about this place

It was a good stay except for that there is no air conditioner in the room.

立地も非常に良く市街地へのアクセスもいい。日本人の友達もできた。2段ベットの上側に柵がないのが少し怖いかな。ハシゴおりづらいのが少し気になった。それ以外はカーテンもあるし、充電もできるしよかった。

房間特別大，獨立衞生間也很寬敞，比國內青旅好一萬倍。周邊交通非常方便，地鐵隨時上下不用買票，推薦入住。 下面是對trip的吐槽。我的這個訂單是trip用Agoda訂的二手訂單，怎麼發現的呢。用trip訂的，半夜到，前台已經關閉，需要自行入住。但是沒有門的密碼和房間訊息，本來應該有的，在軟件上或者郵件發給我，但是沒有。軟件裏給的酒店聯繫方式衹有電話，但是電話打不通。所以我聯繫trip客服要酒店別的聯繫方式，人工客服給我發了具體的酒店入住訊息。但是這個訊息，我自己是沒有收到的。第二天在前台登記，前台問我在哪裡預訂的，我説trip，他説是在Agoda，然後給我看了他在Agoda上的訊息框。 建議trip改進一下吧，最好能直接預訂，二手訂單的話，如果人工客服不在線，還是有點麻煩

6명 여성 전용 도미토리를 사용했습니다. 2층밖에 안되긴 하지만 엘레베이터가 없어서 짐을 옮기는데 좀 힘들었어요ㅠㅠ 침대별로 락커가 있긴 하지만 큰 캐리어는 안들어가서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 공용 주방에 공용 냉장고가 있었던 점은 좋았고, 숙소 자체는 깨끗하고, 대중교통 접근성도 좋아서 편리했습니다!!

Loved this hostel!! All the rooms are built around this courtyard area and it was just lovely, even in the heat. Didn’t matter that the hostel didn’t have AC, because the air movement was so good, with the windows open and a fan constantly on. Extremely clean facilities, friendly atmosphere, social if you want it to be, very laid back.

The stadig was so sweet, and they really made me feel safe. They really met all my needs, and I would def recommend coming here! Do yourself a favor and visit when you are in Vienna The location is also very good, and it’s easy to get around with public transportation

Amazing location and friendly staff. We found the rooms lacked storage and the toilets were noisy. Maybe we were unlucky, but those at the hostel that evening were very noisy. We left very early about 6am to find people sleeping in the communal areas as possibly a homeless person in a sleeping bag in the kitchen. The access is via codes and no staff on duty overnight. No secure left luggage. It has so much potential but feel it needs to improve facilities and security.

Excellent hostel, everything is nice and neat, very close to the city center. A kitchen that's well furnished, and a great outside area. But mostly a 5 star review for the welcoming, especialy to Mella for her efenciency,her smile and all the small détails that made my stay better
