Hilton Vienna Park

L'emplacement est très bon, il y a un centre commercial et un centre de transport en diagonale en face, qui permet de rejoindre directement l'aéroport. Il est également très proche du centre-ville et des attractions telles que la cathédrale sont accessibles en une dizaine de minutes. La chambre est climatisée et est assez bien équipée.

Les équipements de la chambre sont très bons et l'équipement semble très neuf. En Europe, il faut demander des brosses à dents, mais oubliez les autres services. Nous sommes restés assis longtemps au bar du hall de l'hôtel en bas et personne ne nous a demandé de commander. Nous avons ensuite commandé un repas en chambre, mais ils ont insisté pour que nous ne passions pas commande. Ensuite, nous avons attendu une heure et personne ne nous a prévenus. Nous avons appelé la réception de l'hôtel mais ils n'ont pas répondu. Lors de notre départ, ils ont insisté sur le fait qu'il y avait un appel international depuis notre chambre et nous ont demandé de payer. C'était très déroutant. Ensuite, ils ont demandé à deux ou trois personnes et elles ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de tels frais, alors ils ont annulé. C'était très muet. 

Au nom de la sauvegarde de la planète, ils réduisent les prestations de base, ce qui ressemble plus à une économie de coûts qu'à une sauvegarde de la planète. Cela ne vaut pas le prix payé Pourtant, l'emplacement est bon et Katharina à la réception a été extrêmement gentille avec nous.

Petit déjeuner parfait, bon emplacement. Manque de chauffage dans la chambre.

The location is great just beside the city park, walkable to the main attractions. There is a park garage below the hotel. We booked corner room with 30sqm, can fit another child bed.

What a terrible experience, Stayed in an executive room for 2 nights. Staffs of front desk chats themselves without working, they only do least work for you. No amenities, (perhaps you can ask for them to bring, but usually other 5 stars hotels notice you what you can get or prepare them in your room. As for Hilton Vienna Park? Nothing. No information, None of amenities in the room, even shower cap or toothbrush) Except the location is right in front of the one of the Vienna’s train station, nothing was good. Executive room is exactly same room with the standard room, room and bathroom is tiny. Water is for free when you check-in, if you stay more than one day, you need to pay up to EUR 5 for one bottle. Lounge has no snacks, only coffee and tea was prepared. Hya** near HBF station is clean, spacious, great view and facilities. Amenities are Byredo. Hilton has a sauna, but it is under maintenance(no information when it will be finished maintenance). I left my bags inside the room when I checked out. After 15 mins, I found out my bag was missing, so I asked them to find out and because I know where I left it I described it in detail. But the staff of the front desk didn’t even inform housekeepers the details, he just ask them to find a gray bag and tell me I need to wait. If you heard you need to wait and don’t check-up the progress, then you need to wait forever. There was no other guests, but they didn’t inform me whether they found it or not until I asked them. (After I asked they finally called the housekeeper again and check the progress) I have waited for 30mins but they told me there was nothing. When I packed my stuff in the morning, I intentionally put it on the gray couch and didn’t put it in the luggage, because I need to bring it on the plane. The hotel service is nonsense and frustrating. Trip to Vienna was perfect, staying here the last day in Vienna ruins my whole day and trip. Because of the brand name it my be 5 stars, but the condition of the room and the service is pretty much 3 stars hotel. Thank you, Hilton. You made my day.
