This means that we leave out unnecessary extras (like a minibar and slippers in the room), so we can focus on the most important things – like our delicious healthy breakfast, locally sourced snacks and drinks, high-quality furnishings, unique atmosphere, central location and value for money. Toothpaste and those little things that are just too likely to be left at home are fully stocked in our vending machine that can be found in the Galley on the fifth floor. Our bathrooms are designed in such a way that the door between the toilet and the shower is well-insulated and has a seal that prevents flooding. Unfortunately, it can happen that this is faulty or worn out. Next time, just let our hosts know and they will help you fix the defect. While we don't offer free slippers in our rooms, you can get a pair from the vending machine in the Galley. This is all part of our Lean Luxury approach. By cutting out things that not all guests want, we're able to offer central locations, characterful design and top-notch comfort with a touch of luxury – all at a great price.
