Sono stato una notte insieme alla mia famiglia, preso una suite, molto ampia, moderna,illuminata comoda ed elegante tutto molto curato. Personale, gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è al centro della città. Un’ottima colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo, buono .

One of the best hotels of my life! What a great service! What a breakfast! The room was so big! and from the window I could see the Christmas market! Very closed to the river for a nice walk! and also within walking distance from the train station!

Huuh. This was really terrible (thanks god one night) stay. Our room was on a floor without an elevator, no one helped us with our luggage. Room was old with musty stench. Smelly carpets, bathroom. The room definitely didn't look like it did on the internet - or Booking. Breakfast. Mugs were missing from the coffee machine and tea, and there were no spoons anywhere. When we asked for mugs and cutlery, the staff ignored us. The waitress could not speak English, she looked and behaved contemptuously. We waited for everything, and after we got maybe a half of our requests. We call manager then. She at least apologized to us and let us park for free.. But that really was not enough.

The hotel building itself is lovely and in a good central location. Our basic, double room was a bit weird though: a separate shower room and toilet, a wash basin in the bedroom and very little storage space. There was no fridge or coffee and tea making facilities. There was a desk chair, but nowhere else to sit. To make up for this however, on each floor there are a number of very nice sitting areas with comfy couches and chairs. Breakfast is delivered to the table on a two tiered serving stand. You can also order fried or scrambled eggs and help yourself to cereals and juices. A fine place for a one night stay and, all things considered, pretty good value for money.

Right in the city centre (on the main street), private parking and excellent service. Very helpful and friendly staff, rooms are very clean and the rooms have a nice size. Amazing breakfast. I will certainly go back!

We’ve actually stayed there twice, and both times I’ve gotten the feeling of staying in a classic Austrian hotel. Personalized service, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant, and central location. Highly recommended!

Boutique Hotel in the middle of Old City Square. Small rooms but great and friendly service. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Had a very good view. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast Buffet was very good plenty of selections. Hotel was updated but kept the past and had a charm of the old world. Will stay here again.

Stayed here for a weekend for work. Very nice, modern hotel with updated, clean rooms. Sits right on the main street of the town, so perfect location for walking around the city and not needing a car or bike. Shower was nice. Air conditioning and tv were top quality, too. The breakfast was a top quality buffet that was really good. A bit pricey for Villach.. but all in all, good. They offer parking, but it is expensive. There is a public parking garage a 5 minute walk away (CONTI PARK park center, Hausergasse 13, 9500 Villach) that is much, much, much cheaper. For some reason, eating breakfast outside was forbidden on Sundays (maybe this is a city ordinance), but for COVID, they seemed to make an exception. I spend a lot of time working in southern Carinthia, and this is probably the best hotel I have stayed at so far in the region. Can easily access the highway too for work.

Right in the city centre. Private parking. The junior suite is huge,recently renovated, well furnished, clean and tidy. The bed is huge and super-duper comfortable The bathroom is en suite. The shower is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. Very good value for money in a word. Awesome experience.
