We loved our spring break stay at Canyon Villa. It’s like a warm and welcoming home away from home with a stunning backdrop of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. Nicole and Kris are attentive and friendly, and genuinely love sharing the hidden gems of Sedona and connecting with guests. ❤️

We highly recommend this B&B! Chris' breakfasts were amazing. The service and hospitality by Nicole and Chris is unmatched. The views of Bell rock and the Courthouse are even better than represented on the website. And there are several great hiking trails just steps from the property. The hosts at Canyon Villa are extremely knowledgeable about the area and are always eager to share their insights. Whether you are looking for the best hiking trails, shopping spots, or astronomical sites such as the Lowell Observatory, they have a wealth of information to offer. Their recommendations for scenic drives are particularly noteworthy, providing guests with the opportunity to explore the stunning landscapes of Sedona (including the Chapel of the Holy Cross, and Cathedral Rock). Moreover, the hosts are on-site and readily available to answer any and all questions, ensuring that you have everything you need for a perfect stay.

The comfort and personal service is exceptional. This B&Bis very personal and makes you feel at home. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Ashley and Nicole truly made our stay special. The views of the Sedona rocks are spectacular! Stay here when in Sedona!

Great place to stay! The hosts were awesome and went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful! They answered all of our questions and recommended sights to see. Plus, the home cooked breakfast’s were fabulous. Will definitely come back!

I had high hopes for my stay at Canyon Villa B&B Inn, especially given the amazing location that was just as described. The breakfast was delicious, which I truly appreciated. However, my arrival experience was not quite what I had expected. When I was asked if I needed help with my bags, I gratefully accepted the assistance. Unfortunately, instead of grabbing my suitcase, Nicole took my water to free up my hands, leaving me to struggle up the stairs with my luggage. If help wasn't genuinely available, it would have been better not to offer it. Once in our room, we were informed that it was warm due to "unseasonably high temperatures", and that the air conditioning wouldn’t be turned on until April 7. While I understand that this was beyond Nicole's control, relying on historical data to justify the lack of comfort isn’t ideal. If it’s warm this year, turning on the AC earlier would have greatly improved our experience, as comfort should be a priority in this business. Additionally, it was suggested that keeping the windows open would help cool the room at night, but this let in an overwhelming amount of highway noise, making for an uncomfortable evening. Sedona is one of my favorite places in the world to visit. I just wouldn’t stay here again. We checked out early and had an amazing stay elsewhere.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Canyon Villa Bed and Breakfast in Sedona this week, and it was truly one of the most memorable lodging experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality. Nicole, the host, was an absolute highlight of our stay. She was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She offered great local recommendations and helpful advice that really enhanced our Sedona experience. The room was spectacular, offering a picture-perfect view of Bell Rock. Waking up to that scenery every morning was incredible. Even better, the location couldn’t be more convenient for outdoor lovers – hiking trails were literally steps from the property. We walked out the front door and within 30 minutes we were on top of Courthouse Rock. Unbeatable! The breakfasts were phenomenal, thanks to Chris’s amazing cooking. Each morning was a new treat, made with care and bursting with flavor. The kitchen was always stocked with snacks and goodies throughout the day, which added an extra touch of thoughtfulness. Every detail at Canyon Villa was clearly designed with guests in mind. The setting, the service, the food, the views—it all came together to create an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Nicole and the Canyon Villa team, for such a wonderful stay!
