Nous sommes arrivés tard à l’hôtel, situé dans un palais du 17ème. Excellent accueil, agrémenté d’une coupe de champagne. Chambres grandes et bien équipées, mais un peu austères. Nous avons passé un très bon moment au bar de l’hôtel, bien fréquenté, bon service et très bonne ambiance. Dommage que tout ferme à minuit.

Tous le personnel a été très serviable. Excellent séjour. Le meilleur hôtel à mon goût sur Vilnius après avoir été à beaucoup d’autres. Je recommande. Un problème de température dans la chambre, et pour se faire pardonner, le bar lounge m’a offert toutes mes consommations. Geste commercial très appréciable. Pour buisness ou autres excellent hôtel propre et avec une très belle décoration.

Very very cool hotel in Vilnius a short walk from the main square. We stayed NYE here and really loved the hotel. It is in an old building, parts of which are preserved, but everything looks and feels super new. The bar/restaurant was good for a quick bite, and everyone was ridiculously helpful on the staff. The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the swanky decor, and historic touches really made this a great hotel to stay in!

I am super disappointed from this hotel. We booked it based on the reviews from TripAdvisor… We booked a room on their website and when we arrived they told us they were fully booked and they assigned us a different room. No apologies. They told us it was an upgrade. It was clearly not. The assigned room was HORRIBLE. Horrible old bed, fluffy and uncomfortable. When a person moves the other one jumps on the other side. There is no nice view either from the room. The smell is terrible in the entire hotel. They put a very strong horrible perfume all around the hotel. Wi-Fi does not work if you have Apple products. A lot of troubles also during breakfast. Parking your car at the hotel is extremely expensive. I feel very uncomfortable in this hotel, I cannot wait to leave and never come back.

Biggest complaint is no answers to my emails as it was our 10th year wedding anniversary tonight. My husband is also Bonvoy program. With no special cards or chocolates NONETHING. Highly disappointed & I would not recommend this hotel for special occasions.

Hotel Pacai is located in old-town Vilnius in a historic mansion converted into a luxury hotel. The design of the building is modern, but the historical structure and style were nicely integrated. Our room in the 2nd floor had large ceilings and faced the inner courtyard, which made it conveniently quiet. Additionally, the windows were really soundproof - even when a wedding was celebrated in the courtyard you could hardly hear anything (the music was turned off at 10 pm anyways). Breakfast is served buffet-style and was absolutely luxurious! Fresh orange and grapefruit juice, sparkling wine, fresh bread, a huge selection of cheese, sausages, fresh fruit, cereals, and excellent coffee… additional hot breakfast options like porridge can be ordered from a menu, but we were perfectly happy with the varied options at the buffet. Service was extremely friendly and happily explained the history of the building and how it was renovated, but also gave recommendations or helped with restaurant reservations. From all hotels that we stayed in during our trip through the three Baltic states, Hotel Pacai was clearly the best - service, style, location, architecture, comfort, all just perfect.

Here for 3 nights. Located on the 5th floor (within roofline) with lovely views across the City rooftops. The room was quite small but modern and finished to a very high standard. The rest of the hotel shared that high level of modern, stylish and high end finish throughout. And almost all staff were professional. Conference facilities are located across the courtyard. We ate at the restaurant for one lunch and dinner and both times the food quality was very high. Breakfast also offered enough choice. In an excellent area if visiting this beautiful City.

I've stayed at Pacai twice. The design is absolutely stunning. The first time I stayed at Courtyard Heritage Suite which is truly gorgeous facing the courtyard of the hotel. The second time I got the "cheapest" standard room - while the design is still in the same style the room was really small and there was no view at all, the window basically faced another building. I'd come back in a heartbeat but would avoid a standard room. It's one of my favorite hotels (and I've been to plenty of 5 star places around the world) - for me the design is a winner, plus can't beat the location.

This hotel can only be recommended. Very nice and clean rooms, excellent breakfast in the beautiful courtyard or inside, very friendly staff. The location is central in the historic old town with many attractive pubs and bars within walking distance.
