Le lieu est très plaisant pour ce reposer, la restauration est top le cadre en bord de mer est génial ! Point négatif la navette de bus ne passe pas à tous les horaires indiquer. Nous étions bloqué en ville... J'ai du demandé le passage de la femme de ménage.. A l'arriver à l'hôtel on nous informe de la fermeture des piscines ... aucun dédommagement n'est prévu mal grès la prestation payer. L'hôtel n'a fait aucun geste... Je lutte avec la plateforme de réservation pour me faire remboursé une partie du voyage ce n'est pas gagner. Je suis très déçu d'avoir été prévenu une fois sur place, sachant que les piscines était déjà fermé depuis quelques jours ... j'aurais plus anticiper des démarches afin de profiter comme il se doit de mes vacances...

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une catastrophe du début à la fin. Premièrement nous sommes arrivés tôt dans la matinée simplement pour poser nos bagages mais sachant pertinemment que notre chambre ne serait pas prête, la réceptionniste nous dit de revenir à midi. Aucun problème, nous revenons à midi passé, la chambre n’est toujours pas prête ! La réceptionniste procède quand même l’enregistrement et nous demande nos documents en anglais, ne comprenant pas qu’il s’agissait de nos passeports je lui demande de quels documents ils s’agit et à cet instant la réceptionniste s’est énervée et répète plusieurs fois « Yours documents » avec un ton très insolent et très froid, elle ajoute « do you speak english ? » avec un air très hautain et impoli c’était vraiment très désagréable et malvenu de sa part de parler de la sorte surtout que nous étions vraiment polis. Bref, la chambre en elle même sentait l’humidité, et est très mal insonorisée, le soir nous avons entendu des bruits de meubles se déplacer au dessus de nous ainsi que tous les bruits des chambres voisines, les portes qui claquent et qui nous font sursauter, le bruit des personnes dans l’escalier, le bruit des sèches cheveux des chambres voisines et j’en passe. Nous étions placés en plein dans un couloir dans la cage d’escalier. Et pour finir le tout, le lendemain pour le Check out toujours la même réceptionniste me fait payer des taxes de séjour alors que nous les avions déjà réglé via Booking.com (je m’en suis rendue compte après bien sur). Bref je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement passez votre chemin et réservez ailleurs !
