Structure très confortable avec ascenseur intérieur panoramique, propre surtout dans les zones communes. Chambres grandes, lit confortable, douche large et lavabo très fonctionnel. Petit-déjeuner discret, amélioré à l'exposition et à la qualité. Bon restaurant pour le dîner. Aspects négatifs: absence de petites tasses de café, kits de bain avec conditionnement vide, cheveux dans le lit

This is such a lovely, friendly hotel. The views over the forested city are just the best view perhaps of any hotel we've ever been in. The staff throughout are amazing - so helpful and friendly. Big shout out especially to Allende in the restaurant who is an absolute credit to the hotel - made us feel so welcome and special. Overall, we can't wait to be back - great hotel and more importantly, great staff! Congratulations to the management on having such a special place.

L'hôtel est bon, mais certainement pas jusqu'à cinq étoiles. Néant près. Sauf pour le prix, ils facturent toujours 5* tarifs de chambre. Pros: la chambre est une grande dimension ok, la réception est belle, bon parking, calme, personnel agréable. Cons: décoration vieille et fatiguée, chambre n'était pas parfaitement propre, vieille électronique comme sèche-cheveux, mauvaises installations et amnistie dans la chambre, pas de télévision internationale ou de radio, pas de thé ou de café dans la chambre, un café horrible et bon marché, Le centre-ville est très situé dans le centre-ville, à 3 étoiles, car c'est ce que l'hôtel doit être publicitaire et tarifaire.

La location de l'hôtel dans une zone industrielle est bonne si vous avez une voiture et si vous voulez être proche de l'autoroute, mais il est à environ 7 km de la ville de Vitoria et il n'y a rien d'autre qu'un restaurant devant l'hôtel. La grande question avec cet hôtel est la climatisation non existante (au moins dans ma chambre). L'A/C dans ma chambre était un ventilateur central, qui a ”baissé” la température de 24 degrés à 23 degrés dans les 12 heures de 7 h à 7 h.
