房間住的相當舒服，設施完善環境優雅，𥦬外就是海邊，大艦隊、東正教堂、潛艇都近在咫尺。房間每天打掃，服務員非常仔細認真。
歺廳早餐食物豐富，歺廳服務員也會説英語，服務真棒
前台服務員工作熟練，很快辦好了入住手續。還要重點講一講前台。第一他（她）們都會用英語和你交流。
記得最後一晚住後第二天要4點早起提醒。當時和前台服務員説好後第二天準時提醒，重點來了，我第二天早上4:30下到一樓前台辦手續時，那個服務員突然送給我一大包吃的，注意喲不是一小包，裏面有礦泉水，果汁飲料，三明治，麪包，還有大大的二碗俄羅斯早餐，名字我也叫不來。真的太感動了。在國內叫醒服務是有的，我從來沒有碰到過給你送這麼豐盛的早餐。真的為你們的服務質量點贊👍。

Сдержаная роскошь с достоинством. В СПА ходить обязательно!!! 25-метровый бассейн на 3 дорожки, пузырьковые горячие бассейны, нереально огромная сауна с панорамными окнами на мост над бухтой Золотой Рог и шириной полок не меньше 1,5 метров. Хамам тоже хорош. Подогреваемые лежаки для максимального релакса. В раздевалке фены Дайсон и парфюм от Монталь. Очень высокие потолки. Туалеты - все унитазы в номерах и в общественных местах японские. Они приветливо открывают крышку, когда ты к ним приближаешься, сиденье с подогревом, встроены омывающие фонтанчики и сушка тоже. Завтраки прекрасны. Ничего лишнего - но все очень достойно и вкусно. Номер Делюкс в видом на город. Ну как на город - море тоже видно. Номер восхитителен: просторная гостинная, достаточно большая спальня, чтобы в ней кроме кровати стоял стол с креслом, вместительная гардеробноя, в которой можно разложить гладильную доску, и она совсем не будет мешать. Два санузла - один это туалет в гостинной, второй, в спальне, включает в себя туалет, широченую умывальную столешницу с двумя раковинами и большущую душевую, в которой установлена изрядных размеров ванна. Пол в санузлах греется. Всё устроено предельно удобно. Отдельное спасибо за увеличивающее зеркало с подсветкой - не у всех женщин хорошее зрение, особенно с возрастом, а в очках не очень-то накрасишь. Матрасу, подушкам и одеялу можно спеть отдельную оду. Особенно одеяло меня впечатлило. Восторг. Минибар тоже заплнен с лоском -соки в стеклянных бутылочках вместо газировок в банках. Управление освещением, кондиционером, шторами и теплым полом осушествляется с кнопок. Так же кнопками можно включить режимы "не беспокоить", "требуется уборка" Кстати, о кондиционерах. Очень эффективно работают, дни нашего пребывания выдались жаркие 26-29 градусов. А мы с мужем привыкли спать в холоде. Так вот нам было достаточно включить кондиционер на 21 градус, и это было реально проладно. Вообще, везде в отеле очень приятные мебель и дизайн. Простые формы, но без скатывания в офисный, нежилой стиль. Мебель комфортная. Если коротко - комфорт, достоинство, релакс, забота. Спасибо!
