Ужасный клоповник. Приехали ночью, искать другое место было крайне неудобно. В номерах жуки, постельное воняет. В санузел чёрная плесень. Прост или заменить номер из-за насекомых, призрительно фыркнув, номер заменили.

Приехали в отель, не зная город, к счастью была остановка по близости, но минусов не мало, первое, сплит система, работает плохо, ничего не охдаждает, кровати ладно, чистота ладно нормально, завтрак маленький, маленькая сосиска и яичница, дали пакетик чая)))), ладно если бы номер был нормального размера или ещё что, просто номер за 8км от города и надо ловить автобус, маршрутку, но к сожалению ездят они очень мало, в ванной ремонт норм, по мелочам есть проблемы, к счастью не такие сильные, нет сушилки для вещей, за 12300 очень плохо, больше не заеду в этот отель)))

Ужасно! В номерах насекомые. Грязь. Всё в чёрной плесени. Фу. Все впечатление о городе с такой помойки началось. Персонал тоже ужас. В первом номере были жуки, скорее всего вши. Убежали. С очень недовольным кривым лицом заменили номер. Там была плесень и грязно. Заселились ночью, пришлось остаться. УВАЖАЙТЕ СЕБЯ. ЧИТАЙТЕ ОТЗЫВЫ. ПРОХОДИТЕ МИМО ТАКИХ ПОМОЕК

В течении часа ждали администратора у стойки, что бы оформиться(номер был забронирован). В номере плохо вымыта раковина. В коридорах грязные ковровые дорожки, портят интерьер. В кафе отсутствует персонал, в связи с чем ждать заказа приходится долго.

Ужас - только одно слово после посещения данного отеля. При входе большой зал с очень уставшей мебелью. В номере грязные шторы, которые были собраны в кучу в середине окна. В номере запах табака от которого начались рвотные позывы. Мебель старая, пыльная. Сан узел грязный, душевая кабина сломана, ручка от дверцы тоже, торчит острым краем. Единственная радость-чистое белое постельное бельё. Утром завтрак более менее сносный. Переночевали т. к. очень устали в дороге. Больше туда ни ногой! Мы много путешествуем на машине, но такой отель посетили в первый и, надеюсь, в последний раз!

Забронировала номер эконом за 800 для сотрудника. По телефону уверили, что санузел в номере есть и всё отлично. Когда он приехал, оказалось, что забронировали ему стандарт за 1800, а в экономе удобства одни на этаж. Стандарт оказался неплох, если не считать того, что завтрак не подали в заявленное время и горячей воды не было.
