Friendly staff, beautiful ambience with excellent service and choice of dishes. Clean beach and beautiful sea. There are showers on the beach, the entrance to the sea is secured by stairs or handrails in places where the steeper entrance is outside the pebble beach.

Very nice, and quiet in September. Area is quite hilly and getting our suitcase from reception to our room was quite a struggle. The buffet restaurant is very good though a bit repetitive. The pool area is lovely and clean and the sea is crystal clear though it’s rocky, so swim shoes are required. Easy walk into Vrsar town with a good selection of bars and restaurants.

We booked with Tui if you’ve booked and been looking for reviews go look on *********** as not many get posted on here. We went as a couple the room was good small but fine, clean,partial sea view which was nice, fridge in room the air con was weak comfy beds.There is HILLS our room was at the top of a steep road which i as a 44yr old who doesn’t really exercise much found hard there is also hills walking to town and back it’s not horrendous but we saw elderly pausing to get their breath back and people pushing prams up so just be aware if limited mobility, there is rooms on the bottom so may beable to request one.The outside areas and surroundings are lovely right by the sea about 10 mins to the town/harbour.Lots of boat trips and watersports available. Vrsar is lovely not expensive to eat out you can get a large pizza for 9€ large beer for €4.50. Lots of nice ice cream places only €1.50 bargain.We were half board breakfast and tea were good , coffee machine which was nice and juices included for breakfast, just the hot drinks at tea no water,bar available they come round and ask if you want drinks from the bar soft drinks €4 beer €4.60 large small €3.90. The standard of meat at tea was very good and the desserts were lovely even included hot desserts apple strudels etc which made a change from the usual all inc. No nuggets chips and pizza like usual all incs English kids may struggled mine would have. Most guests are not English.There isn’t really much entertainment, there was a kids thing for a bit outside but all parents had to stand watching ,there isnt like a show bar/area where you can sit etc and watch shows i saw live music once in the week we was there infront of the pizza restaurant its nothing like in spain greece etc where you have a drink and kids run about and watch shows.You either go to the pizza bar for a drink at night or walk to town we went without the kids so it was fine but if i went with my 2 they would have been bored, there is a games room with ps5s in thats it really when kids clubs are not open. As a couple we loved it and loved Croatia i want to come back to see more areas of Croatia definitely. Pool areas good and sea good for swimming inflatable area for kids €10 per hour or €20 for day.Whilst we did the pick ups/drop offs I definitely say this is the best in Vrsar for location, you can walk through the nudist camp which was an experience. All in all I recommend this resort but just don’t expect the typical spain/greece hotel experience that cater for English some will think this is a blessing lol . Croatia is about going out and exploring not staying in the hotel so was perfect for us as a couple

This resort and location is excellent. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, peace, beautiful sea view, good and varied food, showers on the beach. You can walk around the coastline into Vrsar,...We will definitely return!

Everything was perfect - delicious food, magic balcony view, beautiful area very near sea, very very clean rooms and swimming pool, nice and helpful Staff, wonderful kitchen Chief, funny and profesiional aqua aerobc man, good air condition. I love this place. I was 2 times in 2021 and 2023.

Tiny, hot rooms. A/C does not cool to a reasonable temperature. Everyone has the same problem with the rooms. All kinds of excuses given by the front desk people, but it’s just ridiculous and does not work properly. That makes it a never-again situation for me. I’m super disappointed.

Myself and my husband have just returned from the Petalon after spending 4 nights in Croatia celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary. This hotel and location is excellent, please do not be put off by the odd review. The hotel sits nestled amongst trees one side with the stunning coastline the other. The receptionist was very welcoming and we were allocated a room in block D. Our view was incredible, overlooking the sea and everything in the room was clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had plenty of storage. Breakfast was included and there was ample choice each day for a lovely breakfast. The pool was clean with a pool bar for drinks and snacks if needed. We spent a day down at the beach and paid 8 euros to hire sunbeds for the day which we didnt mind atall. there is a campsite surrounding the hotel, but dont let this put you off, it is clean and quiet and we enjoyed wandering through the campers to go out in the evening. there is a bakery and fresh fruit stall which serves the hotel and campsite. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket which is open each morning until 2pm, and there is a supermarket in Vrsar if you need anything in the afternoon/evening. You can walk around the coastline into Vrsar which is a beautiful flat walk. Once in Vsar marina there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat and drink and enjoy the relaxed Croatian atmosphere. We took a boat to the Fford and the Ravinj and i would recommend you do both, Ravinj by night is stunning and bustling with shops and bars for a vibrant evening. We paid 25 euros each return and used the water taxi that are sited on the marina. We loved every moment of our stay in Croatia, and the hotel was a great base to explore from. To add there is a naturist park next door to the hotel, but it is well signposted, and you have to go looking for it to find it. It didnt bother us atall! We will definitely return!

Unkind staff on the reception, maid i met hates her job and I can't blame her for that, no waste sorting, and I can only imagine how it looks like during the summer months. This won't be an option for me no more.

Tutto sommato è atto un soggiorno positivo Le camere pulite sopra la media per la Croazia Il Cibo di ottima qualità, a mio avviso superiore nella preparazione dei primi piatti e pietanze a base di carne Secondo i mie gusti La preparazione del pesce, non eccelso. Per il mare… non è nemmeno da prendere da spunto: paesaggi mozzafiato mare cristallino, per le spiagge…. Poche quasi zero, ci si deve stendere sull’erba o sulla passerella…. Ora descrivo quello che secondo me non va e dovrebbe migliorare: - 2 sdraio e 1 ombrellone 32€ … - acqua 6€ al litro !!! Ora considerando il costo giornaliero per accedere a questa struttura, sicuramente è da rivedere la politica applicata, soprattutto per l’acqua a cena, non è concepibile, ne non metterla inclusa, tantomeno 6€ al litro; inammissibile in qualsiasi parte del mondo
