Very nice hotel

Absolutely the most beautiful beach town, accommodation is amazing, location stunning . Highly recommend for familiy vacation, absolute value, made our own Pizzas to cook in Woodfire oven located outside dinning area by the heated pool n spa. Kids had a great time, so relaxing. Great end to our NZ holiday.

We had a really great time here. Ainsley at reception was very welcoming. It was an excellent way to finish off our New Zealand vacation. The pool and hot tub were the highlights, especially given our winter visit!

Do not book here unless you want to be awaken EVERY morning just after 8am by the horrific sound of a leaf blower which seems to go on for ever. When we approached Scott (the maintenance guy) to enquire why he starts soo early with the noise we were rudely spoken to and told: "If you don't like this then you shouldn't book here! Go to a BnB. You are the type who propably complain about the quality of the water too. I don't have time for this. Go take it up with management!" I have been a loyal visitor at this campground since 2016. I have never experience such rudeness and disrespect for paying customers. I understand the leaves have to be blowen away every day, but for goodness sake, use some common sense and don't do it first thing in the morning when holidaymakers want to have a lie in and make the most of their paying holiday. I wonder how Scott will feel if he pays to stay at a BnB snd the owner pulls out the chainsaw at 8am and start cutting down trees every morning! Surely this can be done

My partner and I decided we would love to go for a swim/ soak. We decided to go to the Tasman as we knew you use to be able to pay to go for a swim here if you weren’t staying there. We wanted in the reception for 10 minutes while the lady was on the phone taking a booking. We stood there for what felt like ages until she finally served us and said are you guys wanting a swim and we said yes, she then directed us to the sign in sheet and asked us to sign in and said we could pay for our swim on our way out. We swam for an hour and it cost us $15 each! For a hour swim which we thought was crazy expensive but was a very nice place for a swim very relaxing just a pity it was so expensive and the service wasn’t great at reception. If we can back again we would make the most of our $15 but staying longer in the pool.

Love the place love the pool love everything about the place been here twice now and will be back even though i live in town but its awesome to get away from my busy life and not far from home could yous a better parking system though as 4x4 really cant park in tiny gaps other then that cannot fault

The cabin is awesome, well appointed and really clean. Tent sites were great. Awesome trikes for the kids and the pool is amazing. Busy campground with lots of families and couples staying. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

Had a room booking arrived to check in and found out management had canceled booking 4 days ago with no communication at all had friends travel 5 hours to stay there for 2 nights appalling management

Thank you for a great stay at your campground! We stayed in a beachside cabin and couldn't recommend it enough! The location was amazing and facilities were perfect. The staff were fantastic, especially Ainsley and Janet at reception who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back

Such a great campground! All the facilities are amazing and clean and our cabin is awesome! Great fun for not only the teens but the baby and the parents! Great location, beach only a 30second walk away

We stayed at this site for labour day weekend. The large pitch was so small we couldn't fit the Ute on once the tent was up. We was advised to park on the road outside the park! Not good for camping. This was a theme across the park. It's dangerous as there was no room to maneuver vehicles, young children at considerable risk. The pitches were also very unkempt, no grass, just moss and twigs that punctures the ground sheet. Great facilities though. Clean kitchen, showers, toilets and pool but not Top 10 considering we couldnt park on the pitch.

Tasman Holiday Parks let us use there facilities during the October Holiday Programme. Our youth loved the jumpy pillow, pool, and checking out the eels at the creek. We will %100 be back! The slide at the pool was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the playground!

Do not book here. Lured by images of a lovely pool, pizza oven and very close proximity to the beach, far from the reality of our stay. Staff unhelpful and room not available on arrival. False advertising.

Awesome fun, kids loved it, staff were lovely and helpful. Clean, pool was very nice on a sunny day, we used it all day. Facilities were great, everything you could need and very clean we will be back again
