Hôtels proches de Raleigh Islamic Institute, Comte de Wake

Vérifié dans le Super 8 par Wyndham situé à 3801 Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27604 le 31 mai 2022 pour un séjour à l'établissement 4-night le 3 juin 2022 payé à l'avance. Le samedi 4 juin 2022, j'ai été au Front Desk et j'ai demandé que je sois vérifié sur mon séjour précédent et que le séjour Folio imprimé pour mes enregistrements. Le chef du Front Desk on Duty a insisté pour que le séjour soit simplement prolongé, que j'ai demandé de fermer. Elle m'a dit de revenir à 14 h pour le check-in et je lui ai dit que c'était bien, puisque j'avais quelque chose à faire à la bibliothèque publique de Green Road. Vous pouvez imaginer ma surprise quand à la Bibliothèque, en ouvrant mon courriel, j'ai découvert que le Front Desk Manager avait annulé ma réservation pour le samedi/dimanche. Il a été très bien passé à la station de la ville de Raleigh Hilton. J'ai remis en question le bureau de la chambre de petit déjeuner complimentaire que j'aurais reçu et elle a expliqué que, même si j'avais fait une réservation sur le site Hilton, le petit déjeuner complimentaire ne se présente pas sur leur système interne. La chambre était très propre. Mon mécontentement a eu à voir avec la qualité du lit. Il était incomfortablement trop douce. Malheureusement, je n'ai pu obtenir aucun sommeil en raison du lit. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont très adéquats, les équipements de parking et les installations de conférence sont très adéquats.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et vous propose des chambres confortables. La seule chose qui manque est que je souhaite avoir été un peu d'eau bouteillenée fournie dans la chambre et je souhaite qu'ils aient été diurnement désactivés, mais peut-être c'est la pandémie ?

L'un de mes hôtels préférés à Raleigh est un dépôt de 50 $ sans bugs, pas de personnes louds dehors.

Lili a fait un service étonnant et a été super attentive. La personnalité de Lili était amicale comme si je la connaissais un peu. Chaque matin, vous verrez Lili et comment elle est soutenue de tout service nécessaire. Lorsque vous avez besoin de quelque chose, demandez simplement Lili .........

Everything was great until...... My wife and I checked in Thursday for 3 nights. Upon check in, we were taken care of by Maria. Very sweet, attentive and had us on our way in no time. Thursday night was fine. Got up and went about our business Friday morning. Came back to the hotel Friday evening, head to the room and fell asleep quick. Then came Saturday morning. My wife is disabled, and we were on the 5th floor. We got to the elevator and waited about 4 or 5 minutes, and nothing happened. I called the front desk from my personal phone (the phone in our room wasn't hooked up) Was unfortunate to get a front desk person by the name of Kwamel. Very unprofessional individual. I asked if there was a problem with the elevators. He said yes, there were not working. I asked him how we were supposed to get downstairs. He directed me to where the stairs were. I advised him that my wife is disabled and not able to walk down 5 flights of stairs. In his own charming way, he had no other answer for me. I hung up and had to help my disabled wife down 5 flights of stairs with her walker and our cooler for the day. Took us about 25 minutes to get to the bottom as my wife had to take one step at a time holding on the guard rail with both hands. I had to stand under her so she wouldn't slip and fall. When I got to the front desk, I inquired how long they would be out. My wife and I were going to be at a convention all day but obviously needed them working before we got back later that night. Mr. Personality had no idea. I inquired what we were supposed to do if we get back and they are still not working as there was NO WAY my wife could WALK up 5 flights. He was very unsympathetic and showed no compassion whatsoever. There was another rep behind the desk. She kept quiet for a while which was probably better for her. She finally asked me to come to her. She looked in her computer and long story short, if they were not fixed by the time we got back we had a room on the 1st floor waiting for us. I would just need to clear everything out of our current room which of course I would. That reps name was Karen. She was very nice, polite and showed an interest in helping us. Kwamel showed NO SIGNS to help. He just stood there with his shirt untucked and looked like it had been slept in. Instead of being part of the solution he kept telling me no. Wonder if he would have felt the same way if it was his mom or his grandma that was disabled and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs. I called Karen later in the day and was told they got 1 side working but the other wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday (holiday weekend) I am very surprised they wouldn't have someone on call 24 hours a day in case something like this happens. Doesn't say much about how much they care about their guests. Got back to the hotel at around 8PM. We were greeted by Daniel. We told him what took place that morning. He was VERY apologetic and showed much sympathy. Kwamel should really take some notes from

La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Le service de la maison de retraite était as-necessaire pour le personnel et les invités. La chambre (501) à la fin de la salle était super -- tranquille! Les petits-déjeuners étaient bons et le service était agréable et agréable. Le bureau frontal était très agréable.

We stayed here for two nights to take in a hockey game at the PNC Arena. You can walk to the Arena from here. Traffic cops block traffic so you can cross the street. There is a small restaurant and bar in the hotel lobby for a quick bite before the game. It serves a limited menu, including burgers, but we didn't try it out. We did have breakfast in the same restaurant the next morning, and it was pretty good. There is also a restaurant in the same parking lot called the Backyard Bistro if you would prefer. Staff here were super friendly. Obviously, this place can be busy on event nights (as it is the closest or only hotel within walking distance of the PNC arena), but we found the staff up to the task and our reservation was confirmed without incident. Our king size bed room was enormous, with a super comfy bed, and it was very quiet. Staff in the breakfast restaurant was delightful. Ample parking. Outdoor pool, not heated, and small fitness room. Laundry on the second floor and only $1 per load.

Lindsey, merci beaucoup pour nous aider à sortir avec un hôtel de dernière minute après notre vol a été annulé. Même un courtois navire de retour et de sortie. L'hôtel était très propre et tout était parfait!!! La location était très proche de l'aéroport aussi. Vous étiez un ange pour nous, Lindsey!!!
