"I could not tell you what the rooms were like, we could not get in. There was supposed to be an eMail that did not arrive, containing information about the rooms that I had booked. There was supposed to be a virtual check in but there was nothing. The eMail should have contained information about the lockbox codes. We asked at other rooms and these were occupied by people that did not speak English that knew nothing about check in. Basically this is an HMO with a shared kitchen. there was a mobile number in the booking info to which there was there was no response. To all intents and purposes this looks like a scam."

"Great wee hotel clean and very nice staff with free convenient parking which is a bonus. Lovely restaurants and a big supermarket close and spoiled for choice with a costa and starbucks. Staff were so kind to my wee boy. only complaint I have is uncomfortable pillow causing a bad nights sleep but this could be a personal preference."
