Hilton Garden Inn Walnut Creek

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We also loved how conveniently located the hotel was to nearby attractions and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had such an incredible stay this past weekend after a long road trip to visit family . Hospitality was amazing as well with housekeeping whom were very attentive! We will definitely be retuning during our next visit in town and will 100 % recommend this hotel to all.

We were visiting family that live in the Oakland/Berkeley hills and chose this hotel as it was not too far and had availability. It is very convenient to 680 and is so sparkling brand new! The check-in was easy (we used our Hilton app as we are Hilton regulars) and the front desk person was pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. I really liked the set up in the closet with drawers along the side and a light in the closet and mirror. Breakfast was not included but we did get a food credit (or points) as Hilton Honors members. It is self-park and there is a daily fee. We would definitely stay there again!

Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Seems not insulated at all. You can hear EVERYTHING. So you have to turn on the AC on the loudest setting to get to a constant noise level. Check in difficult. Receptionist set us up for one room instead of the two I had booked so it took double the time. You have to pay $10 per car for parking. That was not mentioned when booking. You get to check in, tell them the license plate number and they hand you a parking pass that you have to put in the car. This pass dienst even have the license plate as plate number on it. Makes no sense at all. I will never come back. Can’t recommend.

We've been impressed with our stay at the brand new Hilton Garden Inn in Walnut Creek. The location is right next to the freeway and in close proximity to the BART station and downtown Walnut Creek. We chose it because it's close to John Muir Health. The hotel has all of the amenities I've needed for a stay of several nights. The restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast and dinner. Both have been good. I get a dining credit to apply to food purchases as a Hilton Honors Gold member. There is a bar that is open until 10 pm. There is a 24 hour fitness center and a 24 hour laundry room. There is a shop in the lobby for purchasing snacks, medications, laundry detergent, or anything you might need for your stay. A heated pool and hot tub are located outside in the front of the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable with a lot of storage. Included in the room are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The beds are comfortable and the towels are soft. A coffee maker with coffee pods, creamers, sugar, and to-go cups are located in the room. The room also has a small refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am glad this new hotel opened and I was able to stay here. I would recommend it for families or for those who are traveling either with a group or alone.
