"Les serviettes étaient propres mais les draps étaient sales. J'ai demandé au ménage de changer le set, mais il y avait encore des taches. Je suppose qu'ils ont posé la literie par terre pour la trier et la plier ? La couette est extrêmement épaisse et lourde. Le petit-déjeuner contient tous les éléments de base, ce qui est plutôt bien. La pression de l'eau dans le bain est correcte, mais la pression de l'eau dans Nano est généralement faible. En fait, l'hôtel est très bien situé, très proche des restaurants et de la jetée, à seulement quelques minutes à pied. La salle du premier étage est également très pratique pour sortir et photographier les flamants roses. L'environnement environnant est également très calme et sûr. Il y a une odeur dans la moquette de la pièce. Peut-être à cause de l'humidité élevée au bord de la mer, il y a inévitablement une odeur d'humidité. Ce serait bien mieux s'il était remplacé par un revêtement de sol. Quant aux employés, comment dire, ils étaient très enthousiastes à l'idée de commander des projets, mais il semblait y avoir beaucoup de routines. Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai finalement décidé moi-même. Quand j'ai finalement vérifié, on m'a dit que les frais de chambre devaient être réglés, j'ai dit que je les avais clairement payés à Ctrip, puis la réception a dit qu'ils avaient déjà été payés. Bizarre. Les frais de prise en charge à l'hôtel sont de 250 nanomètres par personne et les frais de dépose à l'aéroport sont de 400 nanomètres pour deux personnes. Demandez à la réception de l'entreprise étrangère de trouver un chauffeur."

"Situated in the heart of town, with stores very accessible, all within walking distance - Spar, Mugg and Bean, etc. It is a basic hotel, suitable for a few nights for business stayover. The staff were courteous and very helpful both at reception and in the dining area. Check in was fairly quick. Breakfast was fair. The chef was particularly gracious in grilling fish for me for lunch, and accommodating my pescatarian and vegetarian dietary needs. The rooms were spacious, hot water, clean sheets, and the noise was minimal. The hotel could benefit from being fumigated as there were crawling creatures in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall a good place for a quick business visit. The training venue was good - excellent wifi, seating, audio-visual superb with an assistant to help. The hotel is about 30 minutes away from Swakopmund, a town well worth seeing."

"This Guesthouse has an excellent location right at the lagoon and is only a short walking distance away from the waterfront development where you will find a few restaurants. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Their service was, in general, quite good. Although the Guesthouse has a very limited menu, the food is good and portions are sufficient. They could perhaps consider adding a few more options to the menu. Also note that parking inside the premises is very limited."

Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They all went above and beyond. The thatched roof is charming. The room was comfortable, with nice pillows. The breakfast is great. But the real standout is the quality of the staff, from the front desk to the wait staff to the nighttime security guard to the laundry staff!"

"We chose to stay in Walvis Bay for convenience, as the various excursions depart from this town which, apart from this, has very little to offer. The Oyster Box is in a very convenient location, close to the docks where the various restaurants are located and the excursions depart (we had dinner at the Raft and Anchors). Modern, rather modest room. The breakfast was decidedly basic. It's fine for a hit and run... Walking around the town we saw a couple of hotels that were decidedly nicer, at least externally."
