This is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Warsaw. The theater/opera theme is lovely and carried out well throughout the hotel. The breakfast facility is nice and food was good. Our room was right on the street so too noisy to open windows at night but very quiet with the windows closed. We also had a water stain on our rug that made the room feel less than clean.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Pros - very stylish room - robes were incredibly soft - amazing shower and water pressure - nice staff - good location - new water bottles in the room everyday Some things we experienced: - we had to ask for fresh towels - Our shower drain was blocked. We notified reception and it was immediately fixed. For those looking to stay on New Year’s Eve like we did - maybe reconsider if you want a decent night sleep. The noise from outside was unbearable. There is nothing the hotel could do, it’s not their fault and I suspect all hotels in this area had the same issue.

We take 7-8 holidays per annum and found this boutique hotel to be a real gem with more than a hint of luxury. Situated within walking distance of all main attractions and on a lively active street. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis and found the food to be the best we have ever encountered at any hotel around the world. The scramble eggs with bacon and the porridge were to die for and kept us topped up for most of the day. Just didn’t like the temperamental coffee machine. The bedroom was very nicely furnished and the ensuite was very nice also woth beautiful quality fittings. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The test for a stay at any hotel is would you return and in the case of the Teatro we must definitely will return. Thank you for making the wonderful trip to Warsaw very special. Warsaw was also a wonderful city visit.

Hotel is in a great location! Outside the door are restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to Old Town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful! They helped with our transportation to train station and airport. We asked for a late check out and they accommodated us. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely hotel, in a very central location, making accessing of the main tourist locations in Warsaw a fairly simple exercise. There are plenty of restaurants within short walking distance of the hotel. Our room was quite spacious, and the bathroom facilities where in keeping with our expectations. The cleanliness of the establishment was exceptional. The reception staff where all very welcoming and efficient, all being able to converse in a high standard of English. They were very helpful with any any requests we made to them. I would highly recommend this hotel and would use it again if I was returning to Warsaw.

Such a beautiful place, stuff is very nice&polite, food is amazing and there’s is loads, especially breakfast - fab! X Rooms are clean and elegant, we had a balcony so the view was nice ;) Only minus is thst there is a club next door so I wouldn’t recommend staying over weekend with the kids, however we had late nights and didn’t bother us much 😅 xxx

Beatiful Hotel with exellent location. Restaurants, bars and the old Town was walking distance. The noise of the nightclub didn't bother us. Breakfast was very good. Room was beatiful and clean. I would recommed the Hotel.

Really nice boutique hotel. Rooms were very clean. Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. Great location for sightseeing around Warsaw and for nearby bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

部屋に到着して、ベッドの上で一息ついていたら、清掃員がドアの鍵を開けて、扉を開き部屋に入ろうとして、私と目が合いました。ベッドはドアを開けたら丸見え。こんなこと、日本じゃ考えられません。金を払って入室した客のプライバシーに立ち入るなんて、ホテルではあってはならないことだろう、と言葉を失いました。海外ではよくあることなのか、と考えましたが、後にも先にもこのホテルだけ。謝罪もなし。他に行くところがなかったため泊まっただけでしたが、安くはない値段です。バスルーム汚い。部屋からの眺め、隣のビルの落書き。
