Mon conjoint avait besoin de glace pour garder son insuline. Le personnel a gentiment trouvé un sac de glaçons pour lui. Tellement gentil! De même à l’accueil et au restaurant le soir, les gens sont prêts à tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé, non loin de la vielle ville. Merci à vous tous !

Lovely hotel, in a very central location, making accessing of the main tourist locations in Warsaw a fairly simple exercise. There are plenty of restaurants within short walking distance of the hotel. Our room was quite spacious, and the bathroom facilities where in keeping with our expectations. The cleanliness of the establishment was exceptional. The reception staff where all very welcoming and efficient, all being able to converse in a high standard of English. They were very helpful with any any requests we made to them. I would highly recommend this hotel and would use it again if I was returning to Warsaw.

Très propre et propre, le bar a un bon niveau de connexion et un petit ami. Une chambre avec un petit ami est très bien.

Hôtel confortable à proximité autant des rues commerçantes que de la vieille ville. Juste en face du Monument du Soldat inconnu, vous pouvez régler ainsi votre montre avec une cérémonie à chaque changement d’heure. Cette rigueur et le symbole sous-jacent prouvent la résilience du peuple polonais. C’est impressionnant. Je suis ravis de mon séjour (5 nuits) lors du réveillon de Noël : belle chambre, sdb agréable, supers petits déjeuner, bar sympathique, belle piscine. Les menus du Réveillon et du 25 décembre furent à la hauteur de mes espérances. Bravo aux chefs de cuisine. Petit bémol pour le service fait par des jeunes gens bien sympathiques mais qui manquent d’experience et d’encadrement. Un petit recadrage est nécessaire mais rassurez-vous, cela n’est pas rédhibitoire.

Worst customer service! Double payment for a single guest during checking-in and from online booking (visa). But, not willing to refund after admitting the issue. They blocked my phone calls and not responding to emails as well. Extremely poor customer service. Not recommend at all! I tried to book a reservation to a guest in their own website. Unfortunately, the reservation attempt has failed when I tried to make the pre-payment (small amount) to secure the reservation. Then, I succeeded to make the reservation via third-party website and paid the pre-payment. However, when the guest arrived at the hostel providing a printed copy of the prepaid booking confirmation and the receptionist told him that she could not find the reservation but only the other reservation (with failed pre-payment attempt via their own website). Then the guest paid in cash full for all the nights. Here is the problem, the hostel still proceeded to change from my Visa card for the unused reservation made via third-party website (they said they could not find during reception). Please note that all the reservations (failed or succeed) were for the same person within the same duration. I contacted the Hostel Helvetia by email and phone call regarding the situation. After initial investigation, they confirmed that the guest did pay for the full booking, whereas the online reservation via the third -party website remained unused and tagged as ”No Show”. After mentioning to contact me soon with more information from the receptionist who checked in the guest, I have not heard any further response from them, despite my repeated attempts to reach out via email and phone calls. Moreover, according to the booking policy from the Hostel Helvetia website, bookings are only confirmed after prepayment. However, the unsuccessful reservation with unpaid pre-booking via their website was still wrongfully used for check-in, causing the situation of double payment for the same guest. Moreover, during they are supposed to keep payment of the first night in case ”No Show”, yet they keep the payment for all nights (clearly mention in the online booking). What's more disappointing is even though they have clearly understood the issue, they still refused to refund without justification to correct their mistake. Who blocks phone calls and ghost emails from customers just to avoid refund inquiry! I gave the lowest scores for all the ratings, owing to the unacceptable conduct of the hostel.

I stayed here for three nights last September. As Marriott platinum member, I was automatically upgraded to junior suite. Thank you! This property is stunning! It’s a former palace and I feel like I was a royal. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The property is only 5 minutes walk from old town Warsaw. I simply love this property and has booked my 2024 visit to Warsaw in this property.

Je dois admettre que ma visite a été au bar de lune d'or affilié qui, malheureusement, manque une page de conseiller de voyage - une erreur que j'espère bientôt sera corrigée Nous étions initialement sceptiques de l'homme de rue qui promout le bar, même dismissif. Le grand spectacle de la ville est un spectacle de la ville, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'extérieur de la ville. Nous avons été faits pour nous sentir comme des routines par certaines dames locales. Une femme grosse et douce était particulièrement hospitalière Malheureusement, elle a dû couper une étoile, car la plus ronde de la garde a apporté un tour de tirs de GHB que nous n'avons pas commandé.

Excellent emplacement, belle chambre avec vue, peut-être le meilleur hôtel de Varsovie. Seulement un peu loin du quartier commercial central.

L'hôtel est luxueux, a une sensation de boutique et tout sur la conception et la décoration est 5 étoiles+. Il n'y avait pas de pardon et presque une attitude de la jeune femme inamicale et arrogante à la réception de son culpabilité. Le petit déjeuner le lendemain, le restaurant et la qualité de la nourriture étaient excellents, mais le personnel était informé, inamical et à l'occasion ne pouvait pas communiquer en polonais ou en anglais. La cuisine est très bien placée, mais elle est très bien placée. J'ai été demandé si j'avais quelque chose à la minibar. Le personnel n'a pas été formé, mais surtout avec une attitude arrogante, qui a fait de l'expérience une très grande inconfortable. Je ne suis pas heureux d'écrire un tel examen négatif, j'espère vraiment que les gestionnaires prendront des mesures, car nous restons et mangeons dans les hôtels de la chaîne de Likus depuis des années et avons toujours eu une expérience agréable jusqu'à l'hôtel Warszawa.
