The manager, Laura Cowan, was very rude. I booked for 4 nights but could not sleep due to noise. I was working nights and sleeping days and after the first morning of no sleep I asked to change rooms. She refused. The next morning when I got back from working, I tried to check out but was told I agreed to a 48 hr advance notice cancellation policy. Was the first I heard about it as I booked via the phone but they showed it to me online. I did not sign anything about an early checkout cancellation policy but she refused to check me out and so I had to stay so that my work credit card would pass audit (can't book for than one hotel per date). Front desk staff where nice but this manager was mean! I told her that I would share my experience online, but she said nobody cares and it was obvious that she couldn't care less about my well-being.
