I stayed at this place from the 4th to the 6th of May, and booked through Expedia. During the night, I experienced a lot of shouting and banging on my door from 10 PM to 5-6 AM, as well as my door getting opened while I was sleeping. This was largely due to two other guests, and I appreciated the help of the receptionist during this time (although it was extremely delayed). Bear in mind that all I have done during this time is study for my finals. I have multiple witnesses on call throughout this time to attest that this occurred, and that I have done nothing but study and eat my Dominos pizza and groceries throughout the duration of this stay. Despite this, I remained scared and unable to sleep throughout the night. In the morning, I was promised two things - a 10% discount for the disturbances and my deposit back within a few days. I got it written in writing by the receptionist in the morning that I would get my 10% discount because I was scared that the hotel would not uphold this. I didn’t get my 10% discount, but Expedia compensated me for the trouble. I appreciate Expedia for this, but it was extremely wrong from the hotel’s part. However, what I am even more angry about is that the hotel refuses to return my deposit. I have emailed them, called them three times, and emailed through Expedia as well. I have been assured on call multiple times that I will get my deposit back within two to three days, but they have not returned my email, and my deposit has not been returned. It is May 17, 11 days since my departure from the hotel, and they are now claiming that I smoked in the room when I have never smoked in my life, nor was there anyone else in the room with me. I don't mind that they didn't return my discount, nor that they didn't respond to the disruption for many hours. However, I am genuinely insulted and extremely angry that they have claimed something that has never occured in order to steal money from me. photo evidence can be provided if necessary, of my booking and stay.

Nous aimions les produits de la salle de bains mais il n'y avait pas de lotion dans la chambre et nous devions demander plus de serviettes. Le petit déjeuner était assez petit. œufs, sauce et pommes de terre pour les aliments chauds et essentiellement céréales et danois pour les options froides. L'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous avons réservé ici était que le prix de stationnement était beaucoup plus cher que les autres hôtels. La voiture au centre-ville était 15-20 minutes. Nous resterions ici une fois de plus à Boston.
