Checked in at middle of the night. No problem in check-in. Rooms was good bathroom was little smaller but clean. Good cozy mattress and nice feeling of hotel. Breakfast next day has 3 types of fruits which was nice and waffles were tasty!

Loved the rooms especially the walk in shower along with the most comfortable beds. Everyone was so friendly and they let us check in early so that we could change for our church event! Next time we come down we will definitely stay there again!

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable bed. They accommodated our request for a room on the quieter side of the hotel. Not top end accommodation but a good middle of the road motel. Would stay again. Good value for money.

Great location an surrounding areas. Not far from Pikeville an the Restaurant or very close by. Atmosphere were great. Nice country rides and close to 95 an Smithfield area is nice. But we enjoyed been where we were

July 1 I went to check in . I had two reservations. I arrive at 3 pm . The front desk lady said that only one of my rooms were ready and the housekeepers were still cleaning the other rooms . I told her that’s fine I’ll just come back . Came back at 6:30 and she said that my other room still was not ready and there were 12 people in front of me that still didn’t have a room 🤦🏾‍♀️ At this point I’m confused . So the lady at the front desk said she needed to call her manger because of the situation that was going on with the housekeepers . So I stood there just waiting patiently. I waited for like 15 minutes until I just left because it was terrible. The lobby was packed with a group of people who didn’t have a room and at that point I got irritated. I called back up there maybe 2 hours later still NO ROOM WAS READY . Then the lady at the front desk told me the room that was ready for me they had to put out of service because a guest said it smelled like ********* , so now I’m really confused because she basically gave my room away that was ready . I told her just cancel the reservation. FIRST BY IT BEEN A HOLIDAY WEEKEND , SHE SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN ON SECOND SHIFT ALONE . (She worked great under pressure) THE LOBBY WAS LOADED WITH PPL JUST WAITING AND COMPLAINING . SECOND THEY NEED MORE HOUSEKEEPERS. IF YOU KNEW YOU HAD ONLY 3 HOUSEKEEPERS THAT DAY MANAGEMENT SHOULD OF BEEN THERE HELPING CLEAN THEM ROOMS ..

Le lit était dur comme une roche. Les coussins étaient plats et minces et durs. L'unité AC ne pouvait pas être déplacée de 60 degrés. L'entier sentait comme fumer & ****. Lorsque les gens de la chambre à côté de nous ont commencé à fumer, il semblait sous la porte adjacente. Aucun animal n'est autorisé. Le WiFi était si mauvais qu'il ne serait même pas connecté à mon téléphone ou à mon portable. Les aveugles n'avaient pas de feuilles de feuilles, si vous les aviez ouverts tout le monde qui passait pourrait voir directement dans la chambre. Pas de guide TV. Pas de petit déjeuner servi. L'hôtel est très bon pour les gens qui cherchent une chambre bon marché pour rester pendant la nuit.
