We’ve got **5 adult kayaks + 3 kid-sized ones** ready for adventure. **Huge Yard & Fire Pit** – Room to play, grill out, or make s’mores under the stars. **Unbeatable Location** – Close to parks, springs, and Weeki Wachee’s famous **mermaid show**! **Space for the Whole Crew** – Sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably, or 8 with little ones. --- Outdoor Fun Starts Here This is the kind of place where memories just happen. Oh, and don’t worry—restaurants, groceries, and anything else you need are just a short drive away. --- Inside the House We’ve set this place up to feel like home, but better. - **Master Bedroom**: King bed (because everyone deserves a good night’s sleep). - **Guest Room**: Queen bed + 2 convertible chairs that become a queen or two singles. - **Living Room**: Cozy and open, perfect for movie nights or game time. - **Fully Stocked Kitchen**: Everything you need to cook up a feast (minus the groceries). - **Washer/Dryer**: Because no one wants to take home wet swimsuits. --- Pet-Friendly (With a Few Rules) We totally get it—pets are family. That’s why we allow one small dog (under 20lbs) with a **non-refundable $200 pet fee**. (Sorry, no cats!)
