In the double room there is also a bunk bed.Large windows ensure the beautiful south west sun gets to every corner of the house in winter, naturally warming the floors and walls keeping the house cosy. The solar passive design means that the house remains shaded and cool in the summer.Surrounded by beautifully kept gardens, plus the "world's largest" deck overlooking the rolling hills of Wellington Mill. The view from the deck is perfect for morning coffees, entertaining or a spot of yoga, and is particularly good for the soul.The open-plan family area has several different seating zones to suit every mood. Some of the special treasures in the house belong to my late grandmother and we want them to be used and loved by you, as they were by her.There is food and staples in the pantry and fridge for your use if you require.
