七月份畢業旅行和朋友一起入住了這家酒店，朋友是臨時定的，但是入住體驗讓我非常滿意和驚艷，視野，餐食，服務，貼心又細緻，八月我一個人又來到這裏，待了幾天，真的感覺非常治癒，女老闆也很美麗慷慨熱情，下次還會去的

The hotel exterior and interior are in traditional architecture and the rooms feature charming classic furniture pieces as well. The views of the valley from the top floor are exactly what I came to Switzerland for to see. The staff are professional and helpful. A superb hotel overall. The only criticism I would have is that the top floor rooms feature a traditional triangular ceiling with wooden beams, and being a little tall (186cm/6ft) the one side of the room was a little low.

We had a wonderful week in Wengen. We arrived late on the Saturday evening to be greeted by the small truck to take our luggage to the hotel whilst we wandered through the streets. We had a very friendly welcome and, as we had notified the hotel about our late arrival, a welcome meal waiting for us in our room. Our room was very comfortable in a way which complemented the period nature of the hotel but with a newly refurbished bathroom. The meals are all self-service and of a very good quality with plenty of choice. The breakfasts are varied and provide enough energy for the day’s activities, supported by the simple packed lunches offered as part of our package. There was a four-course dinner, again of very good quality with a wide range of options. We had a table by the window and could enjoy the views of the grounds and mountains. As well as the quality of the food, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff contributed so much to the enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is situated about ten minutes’ walk from the railway station. A gentle stroll the other way offers lovely views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. It was our third visit to the Jungfrau area, but the first to Wengen and, of course, this hotel. We can thoroughly recommend Wengen as a holiday destination and look forward to returning to the Belvedere before too long.

We’ve had the best time at the Belvedere again. I did wonder if things may have changed since Covid but I needn’t have worried as this hotel still offers the best experience in Wengen. It’s in a very quiet part of the village, not far from the Main Street, but with outstanding views. It has such a warm feeling about it & Salvo & Vincenza are always on hand to make sure everything is taken care of. They all work tirelessly to give their guests the best possible holiday. We stayed in three different hotels during our holiday in Switzerland & this one by far exceeded the other two. Thank you all for our fabulous holiday xx

A lovely hotel. We booked a double room with mountain view; the views were amazing! The bed and easy chairs were comfortable, bathroom very good, lighting good (unlike in many UK hotels), staff were helpful. Food was great- We ate our evening meal there most nights even though we hadn’t booked full board. I need a gluten free diet and have never felt as well catered for in a restaurant as in this one! Everyday the chef would let me know what I could eat from the buffet. If there was no suitable main course he cooked me something! Most of the restaurant staff were helpful & attentive. It’s a bit of a trek up from the station so make use of the baggage shuttle (we didn’t and regretted it!)

What a beautiful hotel. There is character at every turn in this hotel. The buffet dinner great. Every single window had a view, that was unmatched. It felt like you could reach out and touch the mountain! I called the hotel upon my arrival and they sent an electric shuttle to pick me up. Which was very helpful as the hotel is tucked away and a far walk up the hill. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with an unparalleled view of the Mountains in Wengen. Sophia at reception was great and super helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will stay again when we come back. Highly recommend staying here. Paying a little extra for the Mountain View rooms was the best decision we made. Thanks!

Rooms without a view; there are some rooms with a limited view and then only of trees at the back of the hotel whilst there are 4 rooms with views of the fire escape!! Difficult to understand how any hotel can sell these rooms to any guest; they should be free. Rooms are comfortable and the buffet breakfasts and dinners are good with plenty of choice and plenty of food. Gluten free guest catered for. Staff are helpful.

This is a genuinely friendly and caring hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a terrific view. The food was plentiful and very tasty. It was lovely to see the chef out meeting and greeting diners. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends and family.
