房間很乾凈，餐廳的大盤雞超好吃，兩個人扶牆出，工作人員顏值高態度好，關鍵是周圍的“曠野感”真的振奮人心，與世隔絕，環境超棒，周圍衹有山丘草地牛馬羊羣！行李小哥喀哈爾熱情周到，幫我們指導路線，後來發現車的玻璃水沒有了，感謝工作人員熱西提和沙拉木用自己的玻璃水給我們加滿！

本來對伊犁行程的最後一站報有很大的期待，結果衹能説沒有對比就沒有傷害。作為一個均價3-4k一晚的“野奢”酒店，壓根達不到所謂的野奢標準，同等水準接近價格的酒店級別橫向對比，性價比極其低！
這個價格，説是獨棟別墅，結果要和隔壁房間共用一個露台，相鄰房間的前廳相互一覽無餘，前後排房間的卧室、洗手間浴缸清晰可見，毫無私隱性可言。
再説到景色，評論都放的冬景好像還行，但是春夏的景是真的醜，黃黃土土禿禿的小坡，毫無讓人欣賞的慾望。
再説到裝修風格，十分割裂，不知道設計師想表達什麼。野性的別墅外立面，搭配現代風的廁所，歐式的門，抽象的掛畫，和古典木櫃子？怕不是設計費衹花在外觀上，室內自己亂搭的？
服務水平，衹能説堪堪及格，看看別家的私人管家都能提前主動聯繫，一對一貼心服務，這家給所有住客拉進一個羣，emmmm
總而言之，這個價格追求的不能衹是基礎硬件基礎服務達標吧？全程體驗毫無亮點可言，不知道怎麼來的這麼高評分，客觀來説，給個4-4.4勉勉強強。

接下來6-9月來入住的朋友們，你們即將用4-5k一晚的價格入住工地房🤫因為酒店還在施工…雖然打着“野奢”“度假”的名義，窗外風景如下。但這還不是最差的，因為我旁邊的房間，幾間窗户對着拖拉機，幾間對着造一半的廢墟…所以看看我這些垃圾，還算有點安慰？
第二，白天的房間真的彷彿蒸籠，一秒鐘都呆不下去。問了説因為衹裝了地暖，沒裝空調。那咋前台你們員工工作區域，裝了空調白天涼涼的很舒服，客人在房間裏衹能熱個半死，心裏真是不平衡🙂
第三，客廳進房間的那道門竟然要刷卡！我晚上和老公一起在客廳看星星，順手不小心把房門帶上了。手機全部都在房間裏充電，還好我們的房卡放客廳茶几了，如果房卡在房間裏…就要凌晨頂着寒風去前台叫人了。
第四，在這樣消費水準的酒店裡，廁所裏有幾個小小的一次性用品，都寫着收費3元，不是説付不起，但是觀感真的很差。包括攜程裏寫有什麼營地福利什麼什麼的一概是沒看到的。
第五，當然餐廳裏服務的朋友態度都很好，本來是不想寫出來的。但是給我們送早餐的服務人員，端那種湯湯水水小米粥的時候，兩個大拇指摳在粥裏面端上來，真的心裏膈應…一口都喝不下，建議培訓。
新疆進入旺季，這些所謂網紅民宿酒店都不愁賣。即使投訴後，第二天直到離店，不要説有歉意，或者説來處理垃圾，退房時前台看到你也是一臉無所謂冷漠。反正把你送走，第二天還是滿房，這種態度是我這次差評的主要原因！！！
使用攜程10年，住過國內外貴的便宜的酒店數不勝數，這是我第一個差評。坦白講，新疆有太多美麗的地方，如果追求風景有太多的替代；如果追求硬件服務，沒必要選擇；如果衹是簡單欣賞賽里木湖，離這裏起碼半個多小時車程。

設施：還算完善，除了智能語音不太好用，其他都挺好
衞生：還不錯
環境：靜謐舒適，山坡上有小羊肖恩時不時路過，超級可愛，晚上非常安靜，外面很黑適合拍星星
服務：餐廳的負責人小姐姐長得漂亮人也特別好，熱情禮貌，服務周到。其他員工也很熱情友好。

真的非常棒，雖然用了攜程套餐優惠以後價格仍然超過2k，但依然感覺挺值的（畢竟賽里木湖邊的酒店也要1k多、很早就售罄了、而且房間設施條件遠不如這裏），酒店後山的草非常綠，植被茂盛，躺在床上就能看見很多牛馬羊。還有酒店後山有一條8公里小路上山頂可以俯瞰賽里木湖，根本不用費勁爬松樹頭，山頂還有很多很多很多土撥鼠（我一天內數到了43隻）。

房間很大，洗手間也很大，我住的一房一廳的，應該是這房型是酒店裡最入門的房型，入住贈送品質上好的乾果和水果，小冰箱裏還有石榴汁可樂水等，根本吃不完，打包走了，早餐單人份的份量也巨大，有十幾個品類，葷素搭配營養均衡，酒店的位置非常棒，除了旁邊的牧場，沒有其他住户了，酒店本身就可以算是一個景點了，從賽里木湖北門去酒店的路上一路風景也很美！酒店大門出來300米左右右轉有條非鋪裝牧道，往上開8公里左右，可以俯看賽里木湖，視角絕美！酒店工作人員服務都巨棒！熱情又有分寸，都是帥哥美女！在這特別感謝前台的美克，沙拉木和小覃！還有其他不知道名字的服務人員！期待冬天雪景時再去住2天欣賞雪景！

真的是一次難忘的旅行，酒店風景無敵，房間環境也非常好，入住當天有篝火晚會也很提供情緒價值了。最讓我覺得服務是天花板的一件事兒:車輛輪胎劃破漏氣了，已經無法行駛，就近也沒有救援，吾斯曼、艾克 、扎伊爾、卡哈爾四位維族小夥想方設法幫忙找工具把輪轂輪胎卸下，然後酒店高師傅開着私家車帶着我去換輪胎，因為輪胎尺寸大附近都沒貨，最後開了幾百公里一共花了五個多小時幫忙搞定了，全程沒收任何費用，可以説“入住後才是服務真正的開始”想住賽里木湖邊上絕對無腦沖這家了，遠超預期！

綜合來説還是很不錯的，雖然酒店位置不在賽里木湖景區，但是在賽里木湖整體住宿條件我認為比較一般的情況下，可以有這樣的環境、配套和服務已經很好了，尤其是早飯非常豐盛且景觀位置視野很棒。吹毛求疵的説，就這個價位而言，我認為在一些小的細節上可以做得更好。特別要提醒 酒店贈送的旅拍請慎重選擇

這次入住温泉縣水雲杉野奢酒店，真的被狠狠拿捏了！
剛到酒店，一場極具民族特色的歡迎儀式就撲面而來，小艾，小木微笑着獻上潔白的哈達，遞上熱氣騰騰的奶茶，那一刻，旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。尤其是酒店小姐姐，全程笑臉相迎，耐心解答我的各種問題，那温柔的態度，就像冬日暖陽，暖到了心坎裏。
辦理入住後，管家艾克，喀哈爾，扎伊爾馬上迎上來幫忙拿行李，一路貼心介紹酒店設施。退房時更是讓我驚喜，在我還沒反應過來時，他就已經把行李搬到了門口，等我開車過去，又利索地幫忙裝上車，這服務，細緻入微又恰到好處。
在餐廳用餐，體驗也超棒。熱娜，艾克達會一直留意添水，有任何需求，她們都能迅速響應，全程笑容燦爛，讓人心情格外舒暢。
還有馬場的馬叔，特意挑了匹温順的馬，手把手教教學，分享好多有趣的騎馬小竅門。
這次入住，從踏入酒店到離開，每個環節都被照顧得無微不至，真心推薦給大家！
