Formidable
RRoadtripperBNThe hotel is so nice and new. The bed is so comfortable. The hotel vibe is nice and service was really good. The swimming pool has a waterpark where kids can enjoy. It also has a small kids club. They also provide a free shuttle from hotel to padalarang station where you can grab train ride to Jakarta. Really enjoyed our stay!

EefaKeren posisi cabinnya viewnya cakep. Cabinnya bersih nyaman. Smart cabin smua dikontrol di tabnya. Suasana enak banget ditambah bisa sambil nyalain musik dari tabnya. Bisa masak juga,disediain kompor dan peralatannya serta alat makan. Hanya kurang air panas mandi karena dibatasi, nunggu panas laginya lama.

SSinthaIf you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV.
The stafs is really nice and helpful.

IInvitéIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

L'environnement à l'intérieur de l'hôtel est très confortable, beaucoup de canapé/sèche-chaises fournies où nous pouvons rassembler ou juste profiter de l'atmosphère
Le petit déjeuner est assez adéquat, malheureusement pendant 2 jours, le menu n'a pas de changement.
La chambre d'hôtel n'est malheureusement pas propre, le tapis est toujours comme une saleté, les serviettes sont aussi un peu odeur.
La chose la plus décevante est que pour l'eau chaude se tourne parfois pas, même si l'hôtel est situé sur un plateau, qui est assez froid.

Several things to note:
1. Long wait during check in, although already confirmed
2. Yes, it was peak season / full occupancy, but it should not be an excuse.
3. The hotel seems understaffed.
4. Ordered extra bed but I HAD TO ASK THREE TIMES until it got received.
5. Breakfast in day 2 was chaotic. Long wait. Very long to refill, even for water.
6. I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY ROOM after asking to make up my room in Day 2. The receptionist did not give me a satisfactory answer
7. Disappointed at how there was only 1 card. So, everytime I want to go out, the electricity is always off.
8. They forget my slippers in Day 2.
9. Hot water on and off very randomly.

IInvitéC'était mon endroit préféré pour rester à Bandung. J'aurais donné toutes les 5 étoiles si je restais là il y a 20 ans. C'est mes seuls plaintes à propos de cela. Il doit avoir été étonnant quand il a été ouvert. Il a besoin de modernisation et de revenir à sa gloire. En plus, il est propre, beau, très cool qu'il ait son propre balcon. Grand petit déjeuner et excellent personnel. La qualité que vous obtenez pour le prix est excellente.

Si vous avez plus d'argent, je vous suggère de réserver l'exécutif plutôt que l'exécutif standard. L'exécutif offre une chambre spacieuse. Les chambres n'ont pas de cond, mais l'air est assez froid et vent. Le plus grand problème que je déteste, les vols sont trop nombreux, ils disent que les vols arrivent toujours après qu'il arrête de pleuvoir, bien que le lieu de teh soit dans la haute zone.

While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended .
Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest
Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes .
Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge .
Conclusion :
Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low .

JJisso SweetIl y a beaucoup de moustiquaires,la chambre sent des moustiquaires,car elle est humide,les feuilles sont très minces,mais l'eau est fine,l'immeuble est vraiment vieux,il vaut le prix,les installations sont également très minimalistes
