« Wonderful experience! The location is excellent, being just 3 km away from the high-speed train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The hotel is also very kids-friendly, with plenty of activities that kept kids entertained. The dinner and breakfast buffet were exceptional, offering a wide variety of food options. I especially loved the BBQ, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place for families to stay, with great food and a fantastic location. Highly recommend! »

« Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.

IInvitéIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

L'environnement à l'intérieur de l'hôtel est très confortable, beaucoup de canapé/sèche-chaises fournies où nous pouvons rassembler ou juste profiter de l'atmosphère
Le petit déjeuner est assez adéquat, malheureusement pendant 2 jours, le menu n'a pas de changement.
La chambre d'hôtel n'est malheureusement pas propre, le tapis est toujours comme une saleté, les serviettes sont aussi un peu odeur.
La chose la plus décevante est que pour l'eau chaude se tourne parfois pas, même si l'hôtel est situé sur un plateau, qui est assez froid.

I had a great stay here. The hotel offers a stunning view and the weather was just perfect during my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic facilities in good condition.
Access to the hotel is generally easy, though the last 1.5 km of the road is a bit rough. It took about 15 minutes to drive through, but it’s manageable and safe even for a sedan car.
One small downside was the window insect net – one side was faulty and the other didn’t have a net at all, so I couldn’t open both windows for cross ventilation without letting insects in. Still, it didn’t ruin the experience.
Overall, a peaceful retreat that’s worth visiting if you’re okay with a slightly bumpy ride at the end.

UUtilisateur anonymeMungkin kalo 5* pertama “based on Location” sangat setuju tapi kalo untuk fasilitas dan pelayanan juga layout ruangan dan Lobby ya masih sama dengan 4* hotel-hotel pada umumnya. Belum bisa dikatakan 5* seacara keseluruhan, bahkan pada saat Check out harus menunggu re-check room yang dijanjikan sekitar 5 menit, bahkan sampai reconfirm setelah 5 menit itu kita yang balik lagi dan menanyakan, dan jawaban receptionist -nya bukan minta maaf bahwa mereka tidak inisiatif karena butuh waktu yang lebih panjang tapi malah begini “apakah ibu terburu-buru? Kalo sedang terburu-buru tidak apa, silahkan ditinggal. Nanti apabila ada barang tertinggal kami akan telpon.” Halo………, kalau hotel ini dikatakan 5* sih ya “overclaim” menurut saya pribadi.

BBitfoyleL'hôtel Puteri Gunung, nommé après la divinité locale ”Diess Gunung Putri”, est situé dans un environnement très paisible entre la ville de Bandung et la zone de Lembang, à 18 km de l'aéroport de Husein Sastranegara, la ville de Bandung et à 17 km de la gare de Bandung. Les installations telles que Baignoire, Sèche-cheveux, Mini réfrigérateur, TV, Chauffage électrique et équipements tels que Piscine, Restaurant pour petit déjeuner, climatisation naturelle, accès à Internet, service de chambre sont à la hauteur des normes et bien entretenues Forêt immense zone, poissons, arbres, jardin, système d'évacuation. Le petit déjeuner est fait avec soin par les chefs les plus hauts et très délicieux, il doit lui donner un essai entre 7 h et 10 h. Check-in et check-out sans garantie ... Les week-ends sont occupés à la plupart des hôtels à Lembang. Si vous êtes un fan de l'amour de la Mère Nature alors, bonne option pour le week-end à être considéré. Très recommandé pour les couples et la famille .. TERIMA KASIH !!!

IiphuriosThe room is very spacious! It has living room space, balcony space, and bedroom. Each room have one independent car park, very convenient if you come driving.
The cleanliness level is poor, the towel is mouldy, the bedsheet have some stains, but the floor is mopped properly.
Amenities are minimum, they provide tiny bar soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Instead of water bottle, they only gave 200ml cup water.
The most annoying part is the water heater. It is only available from 7am-9:30am and 7pm-9:30pm, which is very inconvenient for a traveller like me.
The view is not bad. The family room (the most expensive) is at the bottom level, which makes it have the worst view of the garden. It also inconvenient as I need to climb the stairs every time I’m in or out of the room.
Other than that, location wise is good if you are going to Asia Africa or Farmhouse Lembang. I left my car at the hotel and walk to these two places.

Cons : But there are points need to be improved/ noticed there are no hair dryer (executive double bed room) and the limited chanel tv and FYI for additional breakfast, for children, you need to pay 75k which is dissapointed because the menu are not that many 😁

IIfah NHotel is uphill so you will be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city noise. Loved the location however it is surrounded with lush greeneries & there will be insects and moths around the hotel. It will nkt be ideal if those who are scared of creepy crawlies. Also downside of the rooms i’ve chosed, there is no lifts but they are super helpful in helping bringing down/ up your luggages. Service is wonderful as we have some issues with the key card room, they are alwaya reachable via whatsapp number. The employees always greet you with smile whenever they passed you around the hotel area.
