Avis : Hotel Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk Jakarta

Le petit déjeuner est bon et ça vaut le coup. J'aime l'emplacement car c'est une ligne droite vers le centre-ville de Jakarta. Quartier chinois à proximité. Doit améliorer leurs bouilloires. L'un des meilleurs séjours à Jakarta.

I stayed in this hotel before. And i will expect it will be better than before if i am referring to the review. Unfortunately, I ended up with the frustration and disappointment. I did send a request for a higher floor and smoking room, but with no reason, it was rejected. Even I have sent emails to the hotel personally, yet no reply. It seem they lack communication . That's why they never apologise if any issues are encountered during my stay. 1. Stained iron 2. Faulty shower 3. Mini bar @ fridge not functioning 4. Service failure. 5. Delayed make up the room I will book a hotel next door if i know this is the kind of treatment i will get. After they reject my request, surprisingly, upon check-in, you will manage to get what you requested earlier on. As a hotelier , i fully understand what the thing is that you may request and what not. And the sop of service provided. I am writing here is not to begged for service point but more to express my frustration.

Great hotel and while the room is comfortable and adequate. Restaurant for breakfast have many choices and location of hotel very convenient.

The breakfast menu is far better than the accommodation price.

The attitude of the counter service staff in the lobby is very bad, which makes people feel very unhappy😡😡😡The experience is very bad. I will tell my friends and family not to stay here. It’s a terrible hotel.

I wont come back to this hotel again! 1. The bath towers are dirty and hard like a sands paper, I requested to replace. The staffs took a few, but they are all the same condition. 2. The soundproof of the room is terrible, there is no privacy. You can hear everything in the neighbour room and corridor, talking, having sex…the worst is you will wake up by the door shut of the entire level in the morning 3. Breakfast is a buffet, however, very little selection, mostly local food, NOT for international stomach (i am from Singapore). There is NO even fresh brew coffee!! The fresh milk is also mixed with water….. 4. One of the male reception staff in the afternoon shift is rude. 

They have a back door leading to a street with lots of food options like kwetiau akang!

Check in was fast & staff were very friendly towards us. room was ok for 2 pax as we didn’t had big luggages so there’s sufficient space for us to walk about. bed was comfortable!

Very good hotel. Pleasant staff. Surrounding isn’t great though. F&B and entertainment outlets : need to travel out.
