Both have a king sized bed and a portable crib with their own attached full bathroom to each room. Two rooms have queens with one having a bunk bed in it as well. Another bedroom has a set of 3 single bunk bed . The loft has two full-sized sofa beds with game table and activities. Children's toys, games, puzzles. You will have full access to the fully fenced, grassy back yard with your OWN PRIVATE HOT TUB on the deck.
