Absolutely beautiful corner property in the Historic Pineapple Park Section of The City of West Palm Beach. Extremely well manicured in every detail. This very elegant property has outdoor amenities with very few equals, the back yard patio is adorned with a beautiful white wooden pergola to shade you from the sun on those hot Florida days. In our patio you will find our lovely new 5-6 person jaquzzi along with our 8 person outdoor dining set, The pool deck area has 2 lounge chairs and is adjacent to our very large backyard. Our 25,000.00 extremely large private pool which glimmers in the sunlight will provide you with hours of enjoyment and refreshment. You will be amazed by this properties amenities and its old world charm! Currently decorated with contemporary "Bermuda" inspired finishes inside and contemporary wicker outdoor patio furniture outside. The outdoor patio is set beside the rear of the home under the pergola and is furnished with a modern gas grill, outdoor dinner table (with seating for 8), and a 2 person swing. Beside the pool you will find wicker lounge chairs and an outdoor table for your drinks and snacks. The home sleeps 8 people very comfortably. It is conveniently located close to Palm Beach International Airport, Downtown West Palm Beach, City Place, Clematis, and 8 minutes to Palm Beach Island Beach. This location is a perfect launching point to all that is fun about living in this vibrant city on the water. Uber or Lyft rides available for $5-$10 to most locations. Plenty of parking if you bring your own car. Boat Tours now available upon request! The only negative to staying at our home is that it is located in a bustling city close to I-95 so if your looking for a no noise vacation this home isn’t for you!

spring break getaway
Great house with great pool. We were able to rent a recliner for my elderly mother to sleep in. I wish the bathrooms were a bit larger as the walker would not go thru the door.

Spring Training
Our group was visiting FL to attend Cardinal Spring Training. The house was clean and its location made traveling easy to and from the stadium. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the backyard. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our host was very helpful and responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had a great time!

Hidden oasis
We are a couple in our mid 60s, who traveled with a 98 year old parent. We found the home to be very comfortable - from the beds to the furniture to the outdoor living area and pool. My father-in-law also found the hot tub to be soothing. A younger family would also enjoy the games and other entertainment available. Although located very close to the highway and airport (which made the backyard noisy at times), the home was very soundproof and once you walked in, you never heard any of the traffic or air noise. Also, the location was very convenient and located at the end of a street, offering a very private setting. Finally, the hosts have paid a lot of attention to detail and have provided all sorts of small appliances, large beach towels for your dips in the pool, automatic lights in the hallway, and large televisions. Fun in the sun
Great place with private bathrooms . Awesome hot tub w pool. The only draw back is it’s right next to interstate so no view.
However super private with good neighbors.

Super Host

Our second time at the property and it didn’t disappoint.
