Hotel Evernia

My experience at Hotel Evernia was overwhelmingly disappointing and fell far short of expectations. From the moment of arrival, it was evident that the property was in dire need of renovations and maintenance. The exterior of the hotel looked rundown and neglected, setting a dismal tone for the rest of the stay. The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a stale and musty odor that permeated the air, indicating poor cleanliness and ventilation. The furnishings were outdated and showed signs of wear and tear, further adding to the overall sense of dilapidation. The bathroom was particularly unsanitary, with mold and mildew present in the grout lines and around the fixtures. Additionally, the water pressure was weak, and the temperature control was unreliable, making for an uncomfortable shower experience. Despite expressing my concerns to the staff, there was a lack of accountability and a dismissive attitude towards addressing the issues. Overall, my stay at Hotel Evernia was a regrettable experience, and I would strongly advise against booking accommodations at this establishment.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I payed $250 for a tiny box room with no bathroom (you have to get dressed to walk down the hallway) the showers don't work either! extremely loud huge air conditioning system which kept me up most of the night, massive fan and when trying to use a plug point it was filled with dust and dirt everywhere. I didn't feel safe as a young woman by myself. The location is great and the two stars is for the lady on the front desk at check in was very sweet however that's as far as it goes. Crazy prices for what you get, I am absolutely horrified. Please clearly state on *********** what you offer, it's a health hazard.

Excellent location 1/2 block off the main shopping street downtown WPB. 9 nights in Dec. was quiet & safe. 0 .9 mile walk to the convention center or $7 Uber. Clean sheets and I felt very safe with their pin code doorbell system. April, the receptionist makes the entire experience. She will take great care of you! She's worked there 9 years & really completed my stay helping with deliveries of laundry, Amazon, etc. My room was small but had a private bath with the sink in the room, microwave & refrigerator. Premium cable channels. Shower was very hot and excellent and the towels and sheets are high quality and clean. The place is historic and dated but a special, unique experience. I will return.
