Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Place! I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay away. From the moment I walked in, the room had a horrible smell. Instead of providing a proper air freshener, they handed me an insect repellent spray – yes, seriously – to deal with the odor! Also said that switch off the lights for 2 hour and open the windows. The floor was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The walls were poorly painted, with patches and peeling paint visible all over. To make matters worse, the washbasin in the bathroom was boken. When I approached the managing staff to politely raise my concerns, I was shocked by his unprofessional and rude behavior. Rather than offering help or an apology, he had the audacity to tell me that I was a bad customer! "Aap jaisa ghatiya costomer aaj tk nahi dekha" these are the exactly words of managing team .....even though I didn't use any abusive words.....this type of behavior shows that you cant even make a complain. At last we had to book the nearby hotel at the double price because of such circumstances. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable on so many levels. The hotel clearly lacks basic cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service standards. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic stay, staff is well behaved and very helpful. Breakfast is good at the price. Manager is good too.

the hotel is excellent and the behaviour of the staff and the manager is very nice they upgraded our rooms for the best experience we had and the view from the hotel balcony is breathtaking.thankyou so much
