People are friendly and polite. Location is good. Room is quite small and breakfast was average.

The hotel was downtown western Colorado. It was very neat w animals mounted on walls w the rustic look. Had a nice pool. The lady @ the front desk was concern for all the travelers n made the kids get out of the pool @ 10 n get ready for quiet time rest of the night. The gentlemen in the morning check us out n gave directions to get to jacksonhole,wyoming. The lady also suggested good place to stay. Breakfast was good for traveling.

The first room that they put us in was tiny dirty, and had a huge water leak stain on the ceiling. The closet was a joke. It was maybe 6 inches deep and had an ironing board hanging in it. No room for clothes. The bathroom floor looked dirty, but I think it was stained. We requested another room and they moved us into a much bigger handicap accessible room. The lobby needs some serious cleaning and updating. The carpet needed to be stretched. Desperately it was a trip hazard. The free breakfast was not great as the waffle mix on the make your own waffle smelled rancid and tasted funny. We along with two other families reported it. The cream cheese also looked curdled. The best thing about this place was the lady at the reception desk. He was very nice and helpful.

酒店離黃石公園西門很近，幾分鐘就可以到，十分方便；酒店大堂布置得很有特色，早餐品種較多，可以自製華夫餅；另外停車免費，前後都有停車場。

Un hôtel à la décoration rustique mais authentique. Il nous mets tout de suite dans l’ambiance de Yellowstone ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le monsieur à l’accueil (je n’ai plus son prénom!), qui est très professionnel, agréable, poli et serviable. Je n’ai rien à reprocher à l’hôtel. Nous y sommes restés 5 nuits, certes c’est un certain budget mais tout y est : parking extérieur et garage intérieur gratuit, petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu’il faut inclus, chambre spacieuse et propre, une piscine intérieure, laundry room, dans le hall : un piano, et des jeux de sociétés… tout y est, nous n’avons pas été déçus et c’est une adresse que je recommande car aussi très bien placé dans le centre de West YS (tout à pied!) et à seulement 2min en voiture de l’entrée du parc.

Hôtel situé en plein centre ville. Le hall de l'hôtel a une déco assez typique, le personnel est sympathique. Grande chambre triple, propre, avec des produits de toilette. Frigo, micro-ondes, WIFI, piscine. Petit déjeuner assez basique

Un premier séjour dans un autre hôtel de West Yellowstone avait été extrêmement décevant et nous faisait craindre le pire. Au contraire, tout dans le Stage coach Inn été parfait, un parking abrité à l'arrière de l'hôtel, un accueil chaleureux, Un hall superbement décoré, une buanderie vraiment moderne, des conseils avisés et une chambre calme et très confortable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous repassons par West Yellowstone

A hotel full of the western vibe, and right in town. Very walkable and very close to the western entrance of Yellowstone. Good parking, even though in town, nice large rooms. Breakfast was good, with hot dishes, waffles, toast, muffins, etc etc. The hotel is well-loved, but not shabby. I wouldn't call the walls thin, but the noise from the plumbing/water pipes as the neighbors took showers (at 6:30 am!!) was very loud. Also the hotel is quite big, our room seemed quite far (it wasn't) but they have an elevator (yay! some don't). Very good for our overnight stay.

This isn't a fancy hotel but it was just what we wanted. Reasonably priced, comfortable room, nice guy behind the counter, and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. We paid twice as much to stay in a lodge in Yellowstone the following night and wished we had just stayed here for two nights and done the driving into the park.

After spending the entire day in Yellowstone NP, it was good to have a place to stay that was fairly close to the park. After checking in, we spent some time in the lobby admiring the detail of it. The decor really fits are area. Our room was adequate. I spoke with the General Manager the following morning regarding our concerns and he was very accommodating, wanting to make things right by us, which we appreciated.

Pros: location of this hotel. The lobby ambience is wonderful. Our room was okay but not as updated as it could be. Sheets were rough and pillows were small. Big stain on the ceiling from a leak. Cons: Pricey for what you get. Breakfast was sparsely appointed. The staff person was rude and seemed bothered to be there. There were two sets of salt and pepper shakers to be shared between all of us. The former restaurant and bar in the hotel have closed. This hotel seems to be making an effort to try and stay open but there are signs it may be struggling as evidenced by our breakfast experience and other things we saw. Lastly, I have an issue with hotels that are showing Fox News in their public spaces given the current political climate. I asked that they turn the channel to something lighter (sports, home improvement, lifestyle) but the lady at the front desk said they were required to have a news channel on. Fox News is on record as being an entertainment channel-not a news channel. Her tone changed at this point and she stated that all media lies. We won’t be back to this hotel given that it seems to be slowly deteriorating and that some of its staff need to improve their customer service skills. Would have loved to have stayed there when it was in its glory.
