Family owned sparkling clean, newly renovated farmhouse modern house designed by an LA based architect, managed by the owners, brother and sister. An art inspired LA vibe house, centrally located in a Southern California residential area. 10 mins to Airport(LAX), 10 mins to the Forum, 18 mins to Downtown LA, 15 mins to beaches (Manhattan Beach, El Segundo and Marina Del Rey). 25 mins to Universal Studios, 30 mins to Disneyland. Fully furnished, equipped kitchen, smart TV, hotel-grade beds. The space Guests can access the front yard. The parking space on the left side of driveway belongs to this house. NO SMOKING. Guests DO NOT have access to the backyard and the house on the backside. Guests DO NOT have access to the pool and pool area. Please DO NOT park on the street, or across the street on the other side. The neighbors do not like it, and we'd like to be respectful to them :) Guest access Guests can access the house, using the main front entry. The entry door is blue. You can park on the left side of the driveway, and leave enough space on the right for another car for the back house. You have a nice front yard to enjoy the outdoor vibes. Other things to note No parties allowed, no smoking of any kind allowed on premises. No smoking allowed in the sidewalk. There is a back house within the property with a totally separate access and separate outdoor space. The property is equipped with surveillance cameras on the 4 corners of the property for the safety of our guests.
