Rest, relax, and retreat away from the busy center of LA’s Tech world to our Silicon Beach Escape! We welcome you to the perfect sanctuary located in a quiet neighborhood near Marina Del Rey, right by LAX! After a long day of work or travel you have a peaceful and lavish home to return to. Also being close to everything, you can bike ride or Uber to beaches, walk to the golf-course, or hit the gym and restaurants nearby. You are near every attraction in LA too! Monthly discount right now! The space FYI you shouldn't have to pay any occupancy taxes if you are staying for 31 days or more with our property! If you're staying 30 days and don't want to pay that just stay one more night. This cozy house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-family home, which is just recently being finished for remodeling! With all new wood floors and bathrooms, the place looks amazing but we are still going to add more to it soon! Our description will not entirely reflect the pictures, but this is what we are going to do and you will love it. Masterbedroom: Queen Bed Set Bedroom 2: Queen Bed set Bedroom 3 & 4:Either 2 full size (double-bed size) beds, or 2 large twin beds. Backyard: mid-sized with grass area, landscaped trees Front-yard: great space as well Accommodates: 8 people Living Room: The couch will even sleep at least 1 guest you want to come, and it is the perfect comfort for the living room to watch TV by the fireplace. 2 remodeled bathrooms are fully equipped for a relaxing bath, with expensive bath products and epsom salts for muscles. Essential oil diffusers so you can keep it smelling great and open up your lungs. Eclectic, artistic furnishings create a unique atmosphere throughout the home. Two of the bedrooms have work stations with a desk and office chair Kitchen: The kitchen currently has a great island, but we are going to add a small dining table as well. Total cooking and dining sets Coffee, espresso and tea station We also are putting in great and relaxing outdoor furniture, and a firepit as well in the backyard. Parking: Street Parking: Yes! Room for at least 2 cars but let us know how many cars you intend to bring, no permits are needed on the street. Backhouse: We do have a current renter who is working on construction with the ADU garage in the back, but the entire front home will be readily available and separate from the ADU construction. Concerning keeping things clean we are taking very serious precaution with the current state of affairs to fully clean the house, sanitize it, and use alcohol to kill viruses or germs. We also make sure our cleaners have gone are regularly checked by a doctor and have no symptoms to worry about. They wear a different pair of masks, boots, and gloves at every house as well. Even if there is a quarantine you won't have to fear, we can help make sure you are taken care of, and you will be much safer than a public hotel by having your own home and not sharing the same HVAC system as many other people. If possible we would love to help with providing for your needs if you do not want to go out, but if you are okay with walking Trader Joe's is right by the house as well for all of your groceries. Guest access You will have access to the entire main house and backyard. Our side bedroom does have private access, and the masterbedroom has private backyard access. We do have a laundry spot in the backyard that is shared by the owner's brother. We will make sure that every person or staff on the property has been cleared for symptoms by a doctor as well right now! Other things to note Concerning keeping things clean we are taking very serious precaution with the current state of affairs to fully clean the house, sanitize it, and use alcohol to kill viruses or germs. We also make sure our cleaners are regularly checked by a doctor and have no symptoms to worry about. They wear a different pair of masks, boots, and gloves at every house as well. Even if there is a quarantine you won't have to fear, we can help make sure you are taken care of, and you will be much safer than a public hotel by having your own home and not sharing the same HVAC system as many other people. If possible we would love to help with providing for your needs if you do not want to go out, but if you are okay with walking Trader Joe's is right by the house as well for all of your groceries. The owner's brother is currently living in the back unit which is fenced off. He will be working on construction for the back unit for the next month right now.
