Super stay at this immaculate guest house. Charlotte, the owner, could not have been more helpful, including doing some washing for us and making some lovely porridge for breakfast! Room had everything we needed, guest house was ideally placed for the coast path and has co op, chip shop and bus stop all close by. Highly recommended

A fantastic B&B a very warm welcome from Charlotte who went out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Warm friendly atmosphere clean and lovely room. The breakfast enough to fill your boots for the day and at a time when you want . Will definitely stay again

Owned and managed by single mum of active young child although website states 'Adults only'. Rooms are not made up each day unless specifically requested. Toiletries only provided for 1 day. Shower room smelt musty and damp. Garden view was of untidy, overgrown area strewn with toys and rubbish. Property is on top of steep hill, not mentioned on website, so my disabled husband could not walk into town as planned and bus service was not always available. Full payment of £450 for 3 nights was taken 2 weeks before and then prices reduced to £100 p.n. but no refund was given when requested. Website states no agencies are used but I was asked which company we had booked with!

Lovely B&B. The rooms were immaculate. There is a lounge available for guests to use. Charlotte was very welcoming & accommodating. Breakfast was very nice in a well laid out dining room. Bus stop right outside if you don't want to walk or drive. Would happily stay again if we are in the area.

What a lovely guest house this is. Clean and tidy with the owner being warm and friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more. 20 minutes walk to the harbor ment we didn't have the expense or stress of trying to park. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

Smashing guest house and Charlotte who ran the place is lovely and very helpful. Room was excellent and modern bathroom with good shower. Nice lounge and spacious breakfast room with a great choice for breakfast. Local to bus stops as stops near and train station only 10 minutes away

Spent 2 nights here. Room was good size and very clean. The breakfast was cooked at the time you requested and was was very good. Charlotte was very friendly and helpful and even kept sandwiches we had bought for our journey home in her fridge. Would recommend

The house is spotlessly clean, and spacious. We had a lovely large room with walk in wardrobe and loads of space. There was a very friendly welcome with tea and home made biscuits. We had a lovely sea view from our room. The bus stop was just outside and the house is right on the coast path (Rodwell Way).

Just back from our 3rd visit to this perfect b&b we would never go anywhere else in Weymouth ,Linda &Peter are wonderful hosts they make you feel so welcome the breakfasts are so good and the place is spotless... Try it you won't regret it
