OMG, where to start. A 2 night short stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. We love Weymouth and have been coming here for 20 odd years. I have to say standard of cleanliness has dropped dramatically. Our room was not good, the toilet was badly stained in the bowl and under the rim made for grim viewing. Mould around the shower screen and the bathroom taps. Carpet under the bed hadn't seen a hoover in many months and the view from the window was obscured by the dirty glass. Complained to Premier Inn via their messenger link and the upshot is they were not interested. We will never use this company again.

We were given a room on the second floor, at the far end of the hotel with no lift to access it .We asked to move to the ground floor, due to having 2 babies under 6 months but was told no availability. I had to drag a double pram up 2 flights of stairs, hurting my shoulder doing so.We have used this hotel many times, but will never use it again as when we complained the hotel said it offered to change our room many times WHICH it never did.We had a premier plus room but it DIDN'T have any drawers to store our clothes. Totally ruined our weekend so we left early.

No lifts and put on second floor with two babies. Horrible stay, staff useless. Food terrible. Premier Plus rooms not worth it. No water pressure. As regular Premier Inn users we would never book with them again. Time for a change. Premier Inn need to up their game.

no lift was available nor was it mentioned in details, no help with luggage. My wife has mobility problems and so do I with a trapped nerve in my back. No empathy was shown just an attitude of lump or leave it. We have used Premier Inn for years and never been so disappointed or angry. I'm never using Premier Inn again or recommend it.

So dirty hallway rooms no pressure in shower so couldn’t even had iron spat hot water out and bites all over my body Never stay in such a dirty place and guest relations say all must have come from outside Think they can’t even read or are blind or both

We have stayed many times but this was a very disappointing stay. The bath was not clean and the bin had not been emptied even after I had asked for this to be done twice. The desk was very tatty, under the bed was a used plaster and a pillow! I have reported all this to customer services. We were offered free breakfasts and a partial refund.

Great staff and location - just avoid the scrambled eggs and bacon…. Very weird eggs (watery and very creamy) and undercooked pale soggy bacon. Bed was very uncomfortable also - large ridge in it meant that sleep was impossible. Slept on sofa in the end!

The location is good for the beach . We have been using this location for many years, from single night to full weeks stay, but I'm afraid this site is in need of some refurbishment as its staring to look very tatty in places,. We walked in from reception towards our room and the corridor had large water stain on ceiling panels, our bath and toilet were both stained, and the window looked on to a very large hedge that's was only a few inches from window. The restaurant/ breakfast room had tables that looked like they've had all the varnish scratched off. The breakfast itself was fine along with the service from the staff. C'mon premier inn splash some cash on this site / restaurant. Its a great brand and won't stop using other sites, but this really does need some tlc.

Room is beautiful for a standard room . Staff incredibly helpful and accommodating . I would specifically like to mention the two lovely young women trinni and Sophie on reception extremely helpful polite and professional young women . Would highly recommend
