Waterfront home on sandy Neptune beach. Step out your door to soft sand, amazing nature, and the sweet sounds of the Pacific Ocean. The home is beautifully appointed with 3 bedrooms and 1.75 baths. Great open kitchen/dining with a majestic view, a big living room, and a huge family/recreation/game room. The covered porch is the perfect spot to watch the ocean and various boating activities all year around. Enjoy the best sunsets in the NW from the upper deck or beach-side. Easy access to launch your boat for getting the best Dungeness crab in the Northwest our handyman may come by outside to collect trash /replace items Two story home. Few steps to get inside the property. *Parking is available in the driveway. Garage is off limits* [Main level/ entry level] -living room: Couch and wood fireplace. Guests are responsible for bringing their own wood supply. -kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee and dining table. -Sofa pull out bed in the common space. -Bathroom #1: Shower with no tub. -Washer and dryer [2nd floor] Will require multiple stairs to get to the 2nd level. -Bedroom #1: King bed. -Bathroom #2: attached and inside the master Bedroom with a tub and shower. -Bedroom #2: King bed. -Bedroom #3: King bed. [OTHERS] -Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during the storm season. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer season. -Direct beach access from the property. -Propane BBQ. Note BBQ propane is on an honor system. Please fill it up after use for the next guest. Please make sure to clean the BBQ after use. -This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. -WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur. -Garage is off limits. * If any of the above occurs no refund will be given* [IMPORTANT TO NOTE] * CHECK IN CHECK OUT * -The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins. -ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in. * QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM * Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm! *The home is intended for guests and family stays not for large parties or events.. The authorized pet fee per pet / per night is $45.. Any reservation 25 nights and more, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. For reservations 25 nights and more and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities. House Rules Check-in requirements (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hours prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *Additional fees may be charged if items are added after your booking is confirmed such as pool heat, pets, etc. *Your Luxsle host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn't signed by the time of check-in, we can't check you in. *Third party reservations aren't allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can't be transferred, or name changed after the reservation is booked. *All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score) *Any reservation over 25 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, as a flat fee. * We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins -The check-in information and the door code is sent at 4 pm check-in time on the day of check-in once you are all set for your check-in -For early check-ins, the check-in host will automatically let you know on the day of check-in if the property is ready earlier For the properties with in person check-in (Applies to our units at Belltown Court 2415 2nd Ave Seattle WA 98121) , Check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the date of Renter's arrival; a 30-minute window needs to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance (unless same day booking).. B. Check out Departure time is 11:00 am. Prompt checkout is appreciated so that we can prepare the Unit for our next renter. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time. Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in up to a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD.. QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM : Please be respectful to our neighbours and try to keep the noise down after 10 pm.
