We stayed in a 2 room suite on the 3rd floor. I paid extra for lake views. The suite was clean and roomy, and it was quiet. The view from the living room window was good, but the view from the bedroom was obstructed by trees. I also deducted a star for the odd furniture placement. The bedroom had a desk instead of a dresser in it. They should have put the dresser in the bedroom instead of the living room. When the chair was pulled out, it blocked the space between the bed and desk (couldn’t walk through). Also, the main vent was in the bedroom, so when the AC was on, it was very loud. Finally, the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable. The middle cushion sank deep down when we sat on it. As for the check-in process - it was odd. We stood there for quite a bit before someone came to check us in. When she did come, she walked off for a long time before returning. It was very unusual. The complimentary hot breakfast was ok. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either. Would we stay there again? Yes, because it was close to our son’s apartment. My husband also enjoyed his walks around the lake.

La machine à la source de soda a été brisée pendant plus d'une semaine, puis la machine à glace n'a pas fonctionné. Ne pas se dépêcher pour les clients de faire un séjour agréable! BIGGEST ISSUE: J'ai été facturé plusieurs fois par jour pour chaque nuit que j'ai séjourné. Ils m'ont facturé plus et plus, ce n'était pas le taux qu'on a cité pour un séjour hebdomadaire à rabais. Je ne pouvais jamais avoir un visage face à face avec le gestionnaire pour prendre soin de la question. Les charges ont été placées sur mon compte sans explication. Je me sentais très suspect et rien n'était fait à ce sujet. Mon compte bancaire était épuisé et mes autres paiements de facture étaient en danger. N'EST PAS ici. Ils sont criminels! Je ne sais pas ce qu'ils font, mais ils volent mon argent, et je ne le noterai pas.

Room was mediocre. Blue stains in the sink, the toilet flushed twice when you pulled the handle, no shower mat (I almost fell slipping on the tub - put a towel in the tub to keep from slipping.) The desk chair was stuck in the down position. When I asked for another chair, was told ”ALL the chairs didn't work.” I would think if you know about a problem good management would fix it. If you know this is a widespread problem and do nothing, it is institutional negligence. So-called ”breakfast” was packaged mini-muffins, coffee, and juice. If you advertise ”breakfast,” then have breakfast.

Room was mediocre. Blue stains in the sink, the toilet flushed twice when you pulled the handle, no shower mat (I almost fell slipping on the tub - put a towel in the tub to keep from slipping.) The desk chair was stuck in the down position. When I asked for another chair, was told ”ALL the chairs didn't work.” I would think if you know about a problem good management would fix it. If you know this is a widespread problem and do nothing, it is institutional negligence. So-called ”breakfast” was packaged mini-muffins, coffee, and juice. If you advertise ”breakfast,” then have breakfast.

We stayed in a 2 room suite on the 3rd floor. I paid extra for lake views. The suite was clean and roomy, and it was quiet. The view from the living room window was good, but the view from the bedroom was obstructed by trees. I also deducted a star for the odd furniture placement. The bedroom had a desk instead of a dresser in it. They should have put the dresser in the bedroom instead of the living room. When the chair was pulled out, it blocked the space between the bed and desk (couldn’t walk through). Also, the main vent was in the bedroom, so when the AC was on, it was very loud. Finally, the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable. The middle cushion sank deep down when we sat on it. As for the check-in process - it was odd. We stood there for quite a bit before someone came to check us in. When she did come, she walked off for a long time before returning. It was very unusual. The complimentary hot breakfast was ok. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either. Would we stay there again? Yes, because it was close to our son’s apartment. My husband also enjoyed his walks around the lake.
