PRIME LOCATION- NEWLY remodeled home located in the heart of downtown Williams, AZ. This home is STEPS away from Route 66 where you are able to walk to the Polar Express, best bars and restaurants Williams has to offer, and shopping. There is a beautiful fireplace inside the house where you can cozy up and stay warm during those winter nights, while playing board games w/ friends and family. Nestled away on a private street to provide you w/ access to everything downtown w/ plenty of privacy.
When you enter the property you will walk into an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. Off of the front of the house is a porch with two rocking chairs, a private yard and a bbq. Make your way down the hall where you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom attached. The second bedroom has an XL full over queen bunkbed. The second full bathroom is located in the hall.
