Just returned from a lovely stay at Champneys. All the staff that we met were amazing. I wanted to give a shout out to Mo in the restaurant. He was friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't feel rushed atall whilst in the restaurant. The food was amazing and his service added to the whole experience. I love the renovations they have done at this resort. The only negative for me is the price of the treatments. I used to love a treatment but feel the prices are too high now. The dressing gowns seemed softer than ever! The cleanliness was great all over the resort. Overall, an amazing stay. Thank you to all the team at Champneys!

My stay from start to finish was one of pure luxury and enjoyment. From the warm greeting at reception to the lovely lady who showed me to my room, the staff could not of been more friendly and helpful. My room, the facilities and whole building were absolutely stunning. I went with two friends and after dinner we sat and played cards infront of a huge log fire in a room that could of been in hogwarts. I had booked a massage on the day of my arrival but unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up with the booking, I was given a complimentary session on the wave bed which was fantastic and rebooked my treatment for the next morning. I had body radiance with lina, I can not recommend her enough. As someone who suffers with back problems the massage with her was incredible. From the start with the all over body scub which made my skin feel so soft to the actual massage. I could feel all the sore knots in my back and especially my shoulder blades dissolving, she truly worked magic in that room... if I pass though those doors again I would one million percent book another treatment with her.. thank you

Wow and wow again, what can I say another amazing stay at champneys Henlow, As always an amazing welcome i arrived at reception Greeted by charming staff on reception where nothing is too much trouble, This place is truly magical and relaxing as soon as you step in the door. It truly is a breath of fresh air these days to walk into such an environment and just feel special and pampered by amazing staff in all areas of the business. But i would just like to name a few Jodie, Iris. Andrew and Tegan. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my stay so special 5 Star. Also the Gentleman Maitre d' in the restaurant and the lovely lady doing lunch/breakfast service for great attention to detail amazing service - all a true asset to champney's team at Henlow, Thank you all again and will be seen you in January, kind regards Lee

Our visit begun with a wonderfully warm welcome from Tegan and Iris at Reception. They they are always helpful, offering over and above expected service. This time we were staying in Mrs Purdew's former (now refurbished) suite. It is such a pretty room, with great views of the waterfall. Being huge Champneys fans we got a real buzz from staying where this great lady had once walked. The Restaurant team always help me make safe choices with my gluten allergy and offer really lovely, friendly service. I was so happy with my gf croissants for breakfast! Thank you Hendrick, Rosina and Mo! Brendan was working on the bar, at top speed, somehow managing to keep on top of the huge amount of drinks being ordered! The whole Restaurant team were brilliant and the food delicious! In the Cafe, Sam and Charlene were very friendly and helpful, again in suggesting safe gf snacks for me. I missed seeing Toby as he was away on holiday ! At the Gym reception, Debbie is so welcoming. Annabel is really good at keeping on top of the towels and keeping the wet area safe. Much appreciated as I am unsteady on my feet,after operations. The new gym is stunning! Beautifully put together and we loved it's new location and its equipment. The cleaning team do a great job. I only caught Theresa's name, but she and several others kept our suite beautiful clean. Melissa rescued me in the evening when I dropped my perfume on the bathroom floor and we had glass everywhere! It was lovely to see and chat to G.M Jodie. She is always willing in to help out where needed and never without her lovely smile. It was also lovely to meet new Operations Manager Diana, naturally interacting with guests and she too is happy helping out where needed The whole staff team at Henlow are amazing and offer service that you just don't get elsewhere. Thank you all for making us feel so nurtured and special! I really really hate leaving and cant wait to return!

Just back from a totally relaxing weekend break at Champneys Henlow. Lovely comfortable room overlooking a pretty waterfall, the gardens were all peaceful & beautifully looked after - with plenty of sun loungers dotted around. There is a varied timetable of exercise classes, I attended the Aqua class, where the instructor Kerry Dennis made me feel at ease & the session such great fun! All meals were totally delicious, healthy & beautifully presented - a big shout out to the restaurant staff - especially Jackie, George & Brendon who were all so friendly & attentive and all took the time to chat to us during our meals. I had one treatment- Champneys facial that was totally relaxing & easy to book. Would love to return as had such a great experience
