Pet-Friendly Historic Downtown 2BR Loft 1 block from riverwalk, walk everywhere

Welcome to the heart of downtown Wilmington, NC! This loft is privately tucked upstairs in the historic Shrier building with so much within walking distance: Steps to coffee, coworking, shopping, and dining 1 block from the Wilmington Riverwalk 2 blocks to Cape Fear Community College 5 min walk to the Convention Center 15 min walk to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion 3 miles to Battleship NC 7 miles to the University of Wilmington 20 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach, 30 minutes to Carolina Beach! The space You will love the contrast of being right in the center of downtown while being able to walk up to a completely private loft with all the comforts of home. The walls are 12ft tall, providing such a spacious feel. The original floors give this place quite the charm, and the modern amenities will make you feel right at home. I LOVE the balcony overlooking Front Street. Talk about just sitting back, relaxing, people watching, and being able to enjoy the bustle from above. Guest access Entire Place. Quiet hours 10p-8a. No parties. Pets welcome! (I charge a flat fee of $100 just mark that you are bringing your pup and VRBO will automatically add the fee). No parking spaces for my loft. I park in the lot behind the building ($13/day) and sometimes find street parking right in front . There are several decks around and I just unload in the front (if space allows) and then I move my car. Street parking is free from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and free on Sunday. There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator. Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one queen air mattress. As my spot is so spacious it comfortably sleeps 6. There is a sofa as well which you could always do one on the sofa and one on the air mattress, I guess it would depend on who draws the short straw in your party or who isn't paying haha. Please disclose all overnight guests so we can set up accordingly. I have a similar unit (more modern in style) exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up.
