The room was clean and it was peaceful

Y’all need to maintenance to rails on the stairs. Phone barely worked Noisy parking lot Maid was nice Bad mattress.& pillows need replaced

Toilet seat is broken. Bath tub water plug is broken. Cant change to a shower because lever is missing. No in room television guide for channels. Front desk person when i checked in was amazing.

This hotel was dirty. The floors were dirty, we found bugs in the room each day, room service skipped our room, and we had to wait for towels. Lots of trash around the property. People walking around the property at 4am yelling & screaming. The bed was hard as a rock. I couldn’t wait to leave. I addressed my concerns at checkout as I didn’t have time during the day & was completely disregarded by staff. I asked for part of my stay to be comped & was told the best they could do was $20. I asked for confirmation of this & was not provided anything & was told they would have to call management. I was frustrated & eventually left & as they did not care.

Mariah and team are super helpful and kind. The rooms were way better than I thought so that was a plus. At night, it just pretty busy and rowdy with the construction men getting in for the night. Here and there there was some homeless; I stayed on the side by Waffle House where they’d all gather around night time too. Overall a decent experience though if you spend most of your morning and afternoon at the beach or in town!

Mariah and her team were super sweet and helpful the rooms were way better than I expected, If u can I would just bring your own pillows, or cases atleast! Property is super quiet during the day and then at night it gets lively. Some homeless people cook out with the construction guys but overall they don’t really bother you..lol. 3.5/5 Id say!

The tv nor the phone worked, and the floor was dirty. We changed rooms. The phone didn’t work in the second room, light was out, bedspread had stains all over it, the floor and one of the towels was dirty.

No Breakfast here! They say RR doesn’t require it. Big disappointment. The pillows suck! I got a superior room and they are like wooded blocks. I have a stiff neck now.

Room smelled of smoke very strong. It may be because the outside of all rooms has a smoking station and the AC unit for each room is in the same spot, so it’s just sucking in the outside air where someone is potentially smoking. In my case the people from the room next door stood outside of their door and smoked all the time. The floor was dirty, sandy and sticky. Not all of the lights worked and the bathtub did not have a plug/stopper to use it as a bathtub.
