Hôtels 2 étoiles à Windsor

Le paysage est superbe! Situé à côté du fleuve Detroit, autour du centre ville de Winsa et du centre ville de Detroit, la lumière de la ville prospère est autour de l'hôtel et le service est très bon. Mais il n'y a pas de buffet pendant l'épidémie, le petit déjeuner n'est pas très délicieux, les sacs de papier sont en bois.

I normally dont write reviews, but this one deserves one. Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Beds are good but pillows bit hard. Decent breakfast. Overall good stay. Definately book again

Il a été très bien placé pour vous rendre à l'hôtel. Le lendemain, nous avons découvert qu'un chargeur d'orange avait été laissé dans la chambre. Nous avons appelé le bureau de front de l'hôtel plusieurs fois au milieu de l'après-midi. Il n'y avait pas de réponse. Nous avons ensuite e-mailé l'adresse sur la page web plusieurs fois mais n'a pas eu de réponse. La chambre de vacances est très bien située, mais elle est très bien située. Après une semaine, il n'y avait pas de suivi de courriel, donc nous avons e-mailé de retour pour voir si le chargeur avait été trouvé... aucune réponse n'a été reçue.

Il est très bien rénové, il n'y a pas de marques de désert sur les murs ou de points minces dans les tapis de la route. Je l'ai trouvée une bonne valeur, compte tenu de la qualité de ma chambre et de la position confortable, juste à côté d'Ouellette et de Wyandotte, une grande intersection du centre-ville. Il est également à l'entrée du tunnel Detroit-Windor, donc si vous envisagez une visite au centre-ville de Detroit, vous pourriez vouloir rester ici. Je suis allé de New York en haut à Burlington, en Ontario, j'ai quitté ma voiture dans un garage, j'ai pris VIA Rail à Windsor et un bus à l'hôtel. La chambre était très confortable et confortable, à la fin d'un corridor, et le petit déjeuner était peut-être le meilleur petit déjeuner de l'hôtel que j'ai vu depuis longtemps. Rewriting as there appears to be confusion from TripAdvisor team. This review is about our experience with Towneplace suites and the Towneplace moving us to Sheraton. (Same hotel brand - Marriott), upon literal arrival. Since writing this, and having it posted, the Operations Manager, Samantha, of Towneplace Suites, graciously reached out to make what I feel, is a grand gesture and show sincere appreciation for our concerns. So thank you! This doesn’t excuse our upset for if “we” know better we do better! So, I will begin with this, we did not end up staying. Although I felt compelled to write this for our disappointment upon arrival. Leads me to say, in writing this, expressing our concerns, when “we” know better; “we” do better! Please don’t wait until I’m at your front door. We booked this hotel months in advance to attend a Nexus interview the following day, over another hotel - the Sheraton Windsor! Literally! Coincidentally, the weather that particular week had temperatures with heat warnings including air quality warnings. We drove 3+ hours after finishing work, to literally arrive to Towneplace Suites hotel being told their AC is not working and anywhere in the hotel! They knowing/ having this intel days before our arrival, as staff of the hotel advised us! We were neither called nor notified pre-arrival for us to make alternative arrangements!! This shows lack of respect for themselves, their customers including a Platinum Elite Member such as I! We were told if we stayed, the window does open albeit a few inches! It was not ideal. They said, the alternative is, “they send us to the Sheraton Windsor (their other branded property), at same rate.” (Many reasons for not booking with “other hotel” originally. Rooms are extremely small. And, TripAdvisor reviews for which I do rely on, were less than I would consider. We have never had any luck with “other hotel name” albeit now part of Marriott brand. Hence, the reason I was skeptical.) So after attempts to make immediate alternative arrangements, I came up dry, and acquiesced to their moving us to the Sheraton Windsor. I did express my reasons for not wanting to stay there. FYI -and ORIGINALLY we got no offerings of any kind. No discounts, no free parking, no price adjustments, no offer of Marriott points. NOTHING! This is a huge inconvenience and now the restaurant we wanted to eat at, becomes unavailable option. I’ll explain! FYI - I will submit a separate review of the “other hotel”, and FYI, in advance - we would not stay there again! So, are we disappointed and put out we, as Platinum Elite or really any guest, be given Marriott points to express “sincere” gratitude? I chose the Towneplace Suites for the size of the rooms, and based on TripAdvisor reviews! Looks like this Motel has been recently updated. Room was very clean and Bathroom Spotless. Very pleased with our experience here. Checkin was smopoth and easy, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, had waffles. Gentleman in breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this Motel.

Le petit-déjeuner est plus riche dans les hôtels environnants, au moins des plats chauds. Les installations internes de la salle sont également bonnes, mais l'attitude est relativement froide. Il y a de nombreux parkings et de grandes places de parking, ce qui est pratique pour la conduite autonome. Il est très proche de l'autoroute, à environ 10 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Il y a des restaurants Wal-Mart et chinois, des stations-service à proximité, très pratique

Bon service, excellent emplacement, propre et bien rangé. Les enfants fréquentent Windsor et ont une réservation spéciale sur Ctrip. Ils sont restés 15 jours avant et après, et comprenaient également le petit-déjeuner, des toasts, des gâteaux, des pommes, du lait de banane, des céréales, de l'eau chaude. . .

This was a great experience. We arrived just after 7 pm and the desk clerk was very friendly and extremely welcoming. I have stayed here before....the last time renovations were being done. Our room was very comfortable, very very clean and the bathroom new and modern. Everything I would look for was there.....friendly welcome, clean comfortable room and a short walk down to Applebee's for supper. Showing the Super 8 card got us a 10% discount and great service at Applebee's as well - not a worry that they were close to closing time and absolutely no rush for us to leave. Nice addition at the Super 8 is the breakfast room. It does not offer a lot....but being a toast and coffee person, I enjoyed a fresh bagel with cream cheese and coffee. My husband made his own waffle (I was still on holidays!). Definitely on our next trip over the Ambassador Bridge a stay at the Super 8 would be a welcomed break and I recommend it!. Judy
